Avoid like that plague
“Sold” my vehicle on this platform….apparently. Days later the buyer had not been in touch. Escalated to motorway who fobbed me off with some nonsense about the garage being in touch. They hadn’t since my escalation. They literally did nothing.
The actual process of selling is ridiculous aswell they constantly reject the photos until you complain and then accept them anyway.
The process is painful, the support is limited, the care for the customer….Absolutrly non existent.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience selling my Audi through Motorway. From start to finish, the whole process was straightforward, professional and stress-free.
The communication was brilliant throughout, with regular updates and clear information at every stage. The online bidding process was easy to use, and once a dealer was agreed, everything moved along smoothly.

Uploading photos is tricky. Otherwise Motorway is good
Dealing with Motorway was in main an easy experience, apart from sending the photos. Motorway only really want you to take your pictures from within their app.
I wanted to use the pictures that I'd already taken in the sunshine earlier in the day when I went to a car park.
When I was trying enter my cars details, it was dark, raining and the car was parked right by a hedge.
There's no upload link to send photos you've already taken - you have to contact them and then there send an email you respond to.
Carwow's web site is much easier to use.

Beware! deal is not done til cash is in the bank!
Easy to sign up and set up your car for sale.
Not a good service once a deal is struck - there is no commitment from the dealer to follow through with the deal. We had 2 separate dealers simply failing to turn up despite having agreed a sale. Waited in and were let down. Motorway does very little about this.
Dealers should be made to leave a deposit.
