They missed two appoitments and lied about it in the tracking information...
I am now sitting here in stress because my customers cannot recieve their important orders in time.

I ordered a shipping service for a package within Germany. The scheduled pickup was supposed to take place on August 3rd between 9:00 and 17:00. I was at home the entire time, but nobody arrived, nobody rang the bell, and there was no indication that a pickup attempt had been made.

After contacting customer support, I was informed that their system showed a pickup attempt at 16:27. However, this does not match what actually happened, as I was home at that time and no driver came to my address.

This situation is very disappointing and raises concerns about the accuracy of their tracking information and communication with customers.

I was told that another pickup attempt would be made on August 4th. Meanwhile, my customer is waiting for their package, and delays caused by an unreliable pickup service can negatively affect my business reputation.

If you need a reliable shipping service and want your packages collected and delivered on time, I recommend carefully considering other options before choosing this company.



Ich habe einen Versandservice für ein Paket innerhalb Deutschlands gebucht. Die Abholung sollte am 3. August zwischen 9:00 und 17:00 Uhr erfolgen. Ich war während des gesamten Zeitraums zu Hause, jedoch ist niemand erschienen, niemand hat geklingelt und es gab keinerlei Hinweis darauf, dass ein Abholversuch stattgefunden hat.

Nach meiner Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass in deren System ein Abholversuch um 16:27 Uhr vermerkt sei. Dies entspricht jedoch nicht den tatsächlichen Ereignissen, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt zu Hause war und kein Fahrer an meiner Adresse erschienen ist.

Diese Situation ist sehr enttäuschend und wirft Fragen hinsichtlich der Genauigkeit der Sendungsverfolgung sowie der Kommunikation mit den Kunden auf.

Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass am 4. August ein erneuter Abholversuch erfolgen soll. Währenddessen wartet mein Kunde auf sein Paket, und Verzögerungen durch einen unzuverlässigen Abholservice können sich negativ auf den Ruf meines Unternehmens auswirken.

They say it takes maximum 3 days to open account after verification but I have been waiting 10 days and they still havent checked my proof of residence document.
