No reply from Customer Services
My order arrived after 2 weeks - not the 4-5 days advertised. Then I contacted customer services to make a return and there has been no reply despite multiple emails. Very poor (or non-existent) customer services from what I can see. Their website is void of any telephone number or address of headquarters.

MIssed deadlines
MIssed deadlines, scheduled deliveries that do not take place and then delivery personnel claim to have come by and not been able to make a delivery when someone was waiting to receive the package. Completely untrustworthy. I would have assigned no star but had to select 1-star.
