Usual great service and high quality products. 2 quibles with Japandi lights: circular plastic sheet has to be bent to fit and doesn't revert to flat; plastic blocks used in packaging rather than paper mache.

The cooker overall seems well designed for it's price and better than the one we scrapped having inherited it in a recent house purchase at only about 6 years of age.
On the negative side I was not impressed with the feet and lack of leveling tool or instructions. Also there may be a fault with the top oven but we've not properly checked yet.

Excellent product, service and value! I particularly appreciated the prompt advice in response to emails - from a single person. So often, a different person replies to each email and doesn't properly read what went before!

The app is much more user-friendly than the device itself - I gave up scheduling with the latter. Also I doubt that it measures accurate to 1/10 of a degree - it seems to overestimate the actual temperature by 1-3 degrees compared with 2 other thermometers.

Beautiful tiles, really beautiful. Incredible range. Their customer service is really excellent. We were kept updated about delivery. Some tiles arrived broken (I imagine that's just a hazard of shipping tiles) but every enquiry and communication was dealt with promptly and helpfully and replacements came quickly.
No hesitation in recommending them.
If I ever have to tile anything again this would be the first website I'd look at.
