Great tool, perhaps easier to use for native speakers
Writing with this tool wasn't the solution for me, and I did cancel my subscription. I also gave a bad review initially out of frustration, but it turned out that it was something temporary and should be back in order. The company's owner reached out to me to ask me personally about what my experience was and cared about my experience. We mutually agreed that, for now, it's not the tool I need, but I did appreciate he reached out to me. I got a refund, which I didn't ask for, and there was no need to do so as I did use the tool and see it as part of trying out something new. MasterWriter might be the perfect tool for writers and perhaps easier to use for native speakers; if you do have a problem, I can tell you this: reach out to the company. They will (unlike so many others) respond and help you out immediately.
