Review over chatr mobile
My Chatr phone plan ,anniversary date 06th July 2026.
Paid $39.85,then I have decided to switch the existing plan with an yearly plan, got charged again the entire fee for yearly plan ,no refund.
The explanation was : MID - CYCLE .
For them ,the same day ,few minutes later means middle - cycle .
What can I say ?
Internet is poor, customer service is awful...

Not an honest business!
Charged me over $55, for 40 days of a Seasonal hold .
Seasonal hold plan was $15 ,plus taxes ,per month.
Temporary hold was applied, starting June 01 ,2018 to July 11.2018.
Charged me $40 for activation fees.
I've not deactivate my phone .
Called the company on Aug .12 .2018.
Over phone they promised me a refund of $63 ,but surprise... July bill was modified, now the bill no longer shows the activation fee, instead I'm charged for July and Aug ,on July bill.
Aug bill again charged for August, that I've paid already on July bill.
Called again ,today ,Sep 04 .2018 .
They don't see any present problems, either any notes from my previous call ,and the resolution I verbally got, at the time .
Also ,they did not give me the chance to speak again with the person who "fixed "the issue on Aug 12.2018 .
