Levering duurde lang. Was mij niet bekend dat levering uit China moest komen!

Goed model maar materiaal (niet glad maar ruwig) had ik anders verwacht en kon ik ook niet goed zien op de fotos van de webshop.

I ordered and paid for a trouser (Ordernumber: 13488821) and did not receive anything. They also cannot give me a proof of deliveral like a signature. At ordering they promissed that at deliverance you have to sign for the parcel!!!
Do not order anything here!
I am not the only one with big problems with tis company (DRESSINN and TRADEINN).

@Dressinn: Please ask PostNL and sent me my signature as the proof of delivery by PostNL!

Update: as proof of their interest of your problem, Thére standard reaction is to ask you information that you have allready provided to them in your review. Then their support/solution is ZERO!!

Meer dan een jaar geleden een broek besteld en betaald maar nooit wat ontvangen. Zij beweren de broek afgeleverd te hebben via PostNL maar willen/kunnen geen handtekening van ontvangst leveren. De handtekening was een vereiste bij de aflevering!! Zeer onaangenaam bedrijf die niets voor haar klanten doet anders dan geld innen!🤬

Hele snelle levering. Eigenlijk precies wat ik verwacht had van BCC!

It is a fraud company. When I ordered I was in the understanding that the company was based in the Netherlands. However when I didn't receive anything it appeared that they were based in Spain.

I ordered a trouser in April 2019 and never received anything.
They tell me that PostNL informed them that the package was delivered at my home (which is not true), but they cannot and won't show me the signature of deliverance which was necessary for the delivery. On Trustpilot a friendly lady asks you for an order number but you cannot get any contact with them because there is no name, telephone number or other kind of contact form to reach them. There is no possibility to contact them other than the service desk which informs you that they can not do anything and the case is closed for them. It is a shame!!!

Januari 8th I have send Dressinn addional information they have asked for, but till now I haven't received any response!
It is even not possible to communicate with you other then using Trustpilot! Please inform me what you are doing it solve this case!!

This is a false message! Please supply me with my signature that the parcel is delivered or the name of the person who has delivered the package. In other words prove that the package is delivered to me and on my address!

Update3:
Dressinn is even lieing about the transport! Theo Cannon or will not supply me the signature of delivery although at ordering they state that you have to sign for delivery!
Never order anyrhing at Dressinn or Tradeinn as it are fraudulous companies and do not care for their customers!
