Once I was able to get through to a human my problem was solved quickly.

I had a technical problem involving a particular widget not working. The chat was relatively easy to get into and once the issue was forwarded to the correct team was dealt with quickly and completely successfully. A good experience for me, having with no technical background.

Rino taught me how to build my website from nothing. He is clear, informative, a master in the art of teaching, amusing and modest. His videos are always my first port of call if I want to learn how to do something new.

Emma clearly new exactly what she was talking about technically and quickly sorted out someone to come round and fix the shower.

So far so good. A good price and easy to arrange. You can only tell how good something is when you use it, and obviously I hope I'll never use it. Another key thing will be the renewal price in a year's time. Happy so far.

AO came and took away a fridge freezer when the company we had bought a new fridge from refused to take the old item away. And they charged less to remove it than the other company would have! We know who we'll be using the next time we buy some white goods.

I ordered a selection of German beers on a Tuesday evening, and they were they on Thursday morning. Some of the beers I had not heard of or tasted before, but they were great. The only difference with my next order is that it will be 2 cases rather than one.

The account is easy to set up, and the buying exchange rates are good. However if you are left with cash after travelling and want to convert back to sterling, you have to take a big hit.
