I bought a washing machine on line and opted for click and collect from the Preston store so that I could get the machine the next day (our existing machine was broken). Buying on line was very easy. When I went to collect the machine, all the staff were friendly and professional. The machine was ready for collection and was loaded into my car for me by two very friendly staff members. I installed the machine myself and it works fine (so far!). I would definitely buy from Currys again and would recommend them.

Whilst I was a PAYG customer of another provider, I learned about 1pMobile by accident, and would have changed over much sooner had I known about the excellent value for money offered by 1pMobile. The whole changeover process, from initially buying the 1pMobile SIM to porting my existing number across was very smooth and I was soon enjoying calls and texts 80% cheaper than the price I was being charged by my previous provider. I'd highly recommend 1pMobile.

Toolstation is one of my few 'go to' suppliers when undertaking a project. Prior to the pandemic I would normally order in store, but since the pandemic started I've ordered on line out of necessity and collected in store, although I found this to be a convenient and simple way of buying from the company.

Prices are competitive, staff are very friendly and helpful, and store opening times are convenient. My only criticism is that it isn't unusual for items to be out of stock, which can be a tad frustrating when I need to collect everything on one trip, hence the 4 stars not 5. That said, I continue to shop from Toolstation and can recommend them.

Second time I've used Choice Stationery. I ordered printer cartridges on Thursday 31st Dec with standard delivery and they arrived Monday 4th Jan which, allowing for New Years Day being a Bank Holiday, was the next business day. Ordering was straight forward. The cartridges received were as ordered and seem to be of good quality, but as I haven't used them all yet I've given 4 stars not 5. I'll use Choice Stationery again without hesitation.

LR Centre is probably the Land Rover parts supplier which I use the most. They supply quality parts, ranging from Land Rover original through OEM to Aftermarket, and their prices are very competitive. Delivery timescales are always short (e.g. my most recent order in December was delivered 3 days later using 'standard' delivery, which was perfectly acceptable for me). I'd recommend LR Centre Ltd without hesitation.

I needed to exchange some curtains for a wider size. I originally bought them at the Preston store, but exchanged them at Blackpool, this being the closest store with the wider size in stock. A staff member in Blackpool was very helpful in advising me on the exchange process and guiding me to the curtain shelves. The Cashier, Julie, was most friendly and understanding, and made me feel valued. Thank you for a great experience.

Very helpful and responsive Customer Care team. They provided answers to my queries quickly and courteously, including provision of safety documentation as requested.

I ordered some Range Rover parts on late Sunday evening and they were delivered early Wednesday afternoon (in the expected timescale). These were genuine Land Rover parts as advertised, at a competitive price. I'll definitely use LR Centre Ltd again and would recommend them.

When I ordered the product, the BT Shop website said there were 9 in stock, with delivery in 1-3 days. However, the day after I'd ordered the status said 'awaiting stock from supplier' and said stock should arrive the following Thursday. On the Thursday it said 'delivery delayed' and gave the following week for delivery. By the time the product had arrived, nearly two weeks had passed, after setting my expectations that I'd get the product in 1-3 days from ordering. I wouldn't have ordered that product if I'd been told 2 weeks to delivery.

I can only speak of my particular experience, which differs greatly from those of some other reviewers.

I ordered a cooker on the Curry's website at about 8.30pm on Saturday evening and was surprised to be offered a deliver option of the next morning, i.e. Sunday. I chose this option despite thinking there may have been a mistake in offering such a fast delivery, but my fears proved groundless. I received the confirmation emails and text messages that evening confirming the delivery date and time. I received a further text on Sunday morning confirming the delivery slot, then a 'phone call from the delivery crew to confirm the estimated delivery time. The Knowhow truck arrived at 9.20am, just over 12 hours from me ordering the cooker. I was seriously impressed. The two-man delivery crew were polite and cheery and quickly offloaded the cooker and carried it to its location (I asked them to keep it in its packaging as protection pending the arrival of my electrician to install it). They bade me a cheery goodbye and left me suitably impressed with the whole process. Not long ago, the notion of ordering a cooker electronically and having it delivered to your door about 12 hours latter, and on a SUNDAY, would have been considered pie in the sky!
