I do a lot of online shopping and this company is by far the worst experience that I have ever had!!
My advice: NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 3 items that ewre too big and poor quality!
So i began the rturn process which was appalling. I kept getting offered discounts even though their webiste clearly state EASY RETURNs!In the end a started a chargeback process with the bank! I advised Wilson and Carter that I was doing this and their response was that chargeback can take up to 90 days and I should except a 50% refund from them.
The chargeback process was completed in less than 1 day!
Trading Standards should investigate this company!!!

Hey Pharmacist has always been easy to use and reliable. The only problems I have ever had is with my GP surgery. Not Hey Pharmacist.

I returned an item with the wrong label. I accept that this is totally my fault but the parcel obviously went to the incorrect supplier who you would think would return it. I advised Silk Fred but was told there was nothing they could do. So I am out of pocket by £50!!! Although I love the clothes on Silk Fred I won’t be shopping with them anymore!!!
