Quick, efficient and no fuss service.

Terrible service. Not accepted by work places in the uk an absolute waste of money

Paid £59.95 for an incomplete, incorrect prescription; I will report this to my bank as fraud, if not refunded.

Easy to access medical advice and therefore ease stress at a time when you need rapid backup.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was instructed to email following my previous review, yet nearly a month later, I have received no response whatsoever.

I have been attempting to cancel this subscription since May, and the fact that this is still unresolved is frankly embarrassing. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I expect a full refund and permanent cancellation of my subscription, with written confirmation that no further payments will be taken. I have been more than patient, and I will not continue wasting my time chasing a company to resolve an issue that should never have persisted this long. Your lack of professionalism speaks for itself.

The service was excellent and it didnt take long to get my prescription.
But you are limited to boots chemist to get your prescription and I didnt know this so went to several chemists before I knew it was boots only.
Which limited my accessibility.
Went to boots near me and they didnt have the prescription so had to travel to get it from another boots.

Helpful and timely and prevented a hospital admission during a chest infection when there was quite a wait to get an NHS GP appointment. Cost effective as I didn't have to end up taking time from work. Caring and responsive with unnecessary fuss.

Was going to give a 5 star for the customer service by Tamara but the document received is unacceptable.

I chose a custom medical form to be completed and by logic should have a wet signature with a physical stamp, and explicitly mentioned a photograph with the physical document would suffice to spare the hassle of returning the form to an address.

After contacting them that a wet signature and stamp was indicated on their website for this service, they're now not responding and I'm left with an unusable form.

I have had this exact service from another company with zero issues some years ago but could not remember or find again, and resorted to this company.

The positive reviews here are clearly bogus.

Instead, this form was completed digitally and returned - I paid for a fast return rate and the form wasn't even completely filled in WITH GIVEN MEDICAL HISTORY PROVIDED.

For the price, this is appalling. I don't wish for a refund, but if you can't fulfill what is stated in the site, then I would want that money back so that I can seek a better service elsewhere.

Fit to fly certificate did not meet the airline requirements despite contacting them beforehand to confirm it would. Emailed several times with 0 response on their side. Had to arrange for another certificate to fly and pay an additional fee to get it quicker. Then they offered a full refund but when I emailed back to accept their offer, they went AWOL again and stopped replying the emails. Raising a dispute with the bank. Quite disgusted with their incompetence

Amazing! Practically instant response. On the case from the get go! Took my condition seriously. Couldn't fault. Would give 10 stars if I could.

⭐ Disappointing service – a waste of money
I’m very disappointed with Updoc. The sick note I received was actually just a medical letter regarding sickness leave, which was not suitable for my needs. I feel I wasted my money because the service did not provide what I was expecting.
On top of that, I cannot find a clear option to cancel my subscription. Cancelling should be straightforward and easy for customers.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Updoc based on my experience.

Quick and very officiant servis for people who needs it .

Great it was really efficient and a good price to get my prescription. I usually have to fight tooth and nail to get one at the nhs GP, but this was really good and fast

I had a sinus infection which I’ve had before and knew I needed antibiotics. I filled out the online consultation which is then reviewed by a doctor.
Within a couple of hours I had a prescription code emailed to me which my son took to our local Boots pharmacy. Being the weekend it was a blessing.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again if I needed to.

The document isn’t legally a sick note

Really grwat aervice and fast too! Needed my meds quick and two chemists had limited sroxk so took my prescription to these guys and I was sorted next say. Thanks! 👍

I was sceptical at first, although was wrong to be! I needed a new prescription for an infected wisdom tooth, although I was struggling to find a dentist that would be able to see me the same day. I didn’t want to wait so I Google searched and found Updoc, I was worried to start with but had nothing to loose, after completing the form and paying a small fee; I received a text stating my prescription had been given which was within a couple of hours and was able to collect from Boots. Really straight forward & prevented a long wait of pain & being untreated. Thanks a lot!
