Absolutely appalling customer service. I was instructed to email following my previous review, yet nearly a month later, I have received no response whatsoever.

I have been attempting to cancel this subscription since May, and the fact that this is still unresolved is frankly embarrassing. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I expect a full refund and permanent cancellation of my subscription, with written confirmation that no further payments will be taken. I have been more than patient, and I will not continue wasting my time chasing a company to resolve an issue that should never have persisted this long. Your lack of professionalism speaks for itself.

Updoc have been charging me constantly for the past few months. I have cancelled this subscription on 4 different occasions and even did my due diligence in regards to ensuring the subscription has been cancelled and I am continously being charged. This is beyond frustarting as it has been a constant headache and a waste of money. I have requested a refund multiple times due to this and it has not been processed.

Kelly was exceptional with her service, she was quick and kept in contact from when she was out for delivery till when she dropped off the bed
