was looking for orders summary on website, doesn't seem to come up, which is unusual for a company - maybe i'm missing something. was logged in but it didn't seem to make any difference..

Bei Retouren flattert eine Androhung wegen Kundensperre und Aufforderung den Kundendienst vor Bestellungen zu kontaktieren, ins Haus. Wenn also zB. eine gelieferte QVC-Ringgröße nicht genau dem Standard entspricht, sollte man, wie von QVC im Brief gefordert, künftig den Kundendienst kontaktieren, dass dieser den Ringdurchmesser nochmal prüft? Oder wie darf man das verstehen? Bei Diamonique-Schmuck-Präsentationen wird meistens minutenlang, begeistert langweilig Privates erzählt und bis Ohrringe oder Ring endlich bewegt werden, kann es nervenzerrende Minuten dauern. Das muss man erst einmal aushalten! Da stoppst und klickst das Video und hoffst, endlich den Zeitpunkt zu erwischen, wo der Schmuck am Ohr oder am Finger der Moderatorin präsentiert wird. Gleich zu Beginn, zielführend gute Präsentation aller Produkte ersparen viele Retouren! Vielleicht sollte man da erst einmal ansetzen und bei allem Verständnis, wenn mir der Artikel in natura nicht gefällt, werde ich ihn QVC zuliebe auch nicht behalten! Zum Vergleich: Bei gleicher Anzahl HSE-Retouren im selben Zeitraum, wurden mir noch nie derartige "Mahnbriefe" geschickt. Also liegen meine Retouren in angemessenem Rahmen!

I ordered those summer rocking chairs and never received them. The carrier said they were delivered, but they were not delivered. The tracking number that I was given was not a USPS tracking number. I have still yet to receive my merchandise. If you are considering buying anything from these scammers, then you need to consider yourself a fool because that’s what I felt like when I had purchased something from them and I’ve never received it.

What a let down! Sent item which I have bought before and it came up on a recommended item I press it and got a mini size waschies!! Called up as I do not want to pay for the return, and a lady who was a robot kept saying next time read the print as it’s a different product code then last time. I spend a lot of money with you lot and this has cost you a customer

this company IS sending RETURNED goods out as NEW.l received a dress with no tag no spare button ,and the worst was someones DIRTY TISSUE in the pocket.And yesterday l got a jumpsuit with a customers return label in it wanting a refund.l do not want someone elses cast offs.l pay good money and want NEW ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION

20 plus years of shopping and they treat you so badly. They encourage you to bulk buy. I usually do. I’ve now had a problem with an expensive candle that will not burn. A 3 wick candle that is truly expensive. A pack of 3 and they’ve refused to refund or let me return because I’ve had for 6 months. Well that’s because you encourage bulk buying and now I have an issue, they are ignoring the fact that there is an issue with their supplier. So just try and parm you off without dealing with the real issue. The fact I’ve been a customer for so many years plays no part in their dismissive handling of my issue. I rarely complain or return. Their postage is extortionate and you pay for returns. Whereas so many large businesses are offering free delivery and returns! I’m really not happy with their service. QVC? Do you even remember what QVC is meant to stand for? I don’t think so.

Purchased a ring in May 2026. Have only worn the ring about 6 times as it's a fashion ring so not one I wear everyday. It has about 50 tiny rhinestones in it. Today I realized almost half of the stones have fallen out. I contacted QVC and they said there's nothing they can do. So frustrating that they can legitimately sell garbage and not give the customer any support. I notice there are several other reviews for this ring stating the same issue! It's junk!

I love, love, LOVE QVC! I have had absolutely no problems and I purchase regular, clearance, and as-is products regularly! Over the last year and a half, since retiring, I have lost a considerable amount of weight and have had to replace my entire wardrobe including shoes, coats, pajamas, underwear, tops and pants, jeans, literally everything. I have had absolutely no issues and I have made hundreds of purchases. QVC is on television in the background nearly all day long at my house. When we leave the house we leave the TV on QVC for the dogs to watch!

QVC IS MOST LIKELY BEEN HACKED BY OUTSIDE SOURCE THEY CANT PROCESS MY bank visa for payment my bank said ots not my visa it's QVC is the problem I now will have to see if my wife will pay my balance off so I can repay her they tried like 8 times to collect now they tell me they can't use my good visa card because of this I am done with QVC AND HSN AS WELL SINCE THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY

Too difficult to start process to return an item or items, first they do not provide a return label anymore
2nd you can’t click on “start a return” which with a few clicks you get a QR code
3rd called customer service about a QR code and cs rep emailed to me but then started to offer a product to buy over the phone
Are they out of their minds
I put 3 items in one box with that QR code and too bad for them and their bankruptcy

Bought a doorbell with a camera and had an important part needed... missing. Called and the agent was not helpful and item was low stock. I am sick and tired of buying crap from them. Closing my acct.

Cheap af, they don't honor their discounts and then close your account if they don't want to ship an item to you.

I ordered salmon from QVC and it was terrible.it had a real bad fishy taste. I ordered canolas and they had no taste. I will never order from QVC again

Tried to order tsv L'OCCITANE tonight online. I had a voucher code for £5 off my next order. Voucher code not working. Rang and ordered through customer care. QVC payment pending from my bank showing full amount to be taken despite using my code. I have cancelled the order and tomorrow will be cancelling my account. I rang customer service for advice only to be told I must have placed the order online and rang to activate the code later. I have been a customer for over twenty years. Something is really going wrong with this company. This review is on behalf of my mum.

I have tried to buy two products and my account gets closed and items canceled for no reason at all. They tell me I haven't paid a bill in the past, which is not true in any way. Everything I have purchased from them has been paid for. I can't believe the crooked ways that this company works. I have asked for proof that I haven't paid my bills and they give me a line of BS. So disappointed with them its unbelievable. I hope everyone that reads this closes their account and never buys from QVC again. I hate being punished for something I didn't do.

È quasi un mese che sono prigioniera in casa x mancato recapito di un reso,si continua a fare reclami x il ritiro del pacco ma nessun corriere è venuto a ritirare il pacco..sono veramente indignata ...non consiglierò più di comprare su QVC,non è una ditta affidabile..

We have been loyal customers since the very start and have purchased everything from QVC and they were very good years ago, but can't say that recently as if you send something back I was told and you feel its faulty and not working correctly for you as in facial cream products, was told today you have to pay postage for it to go back to them. As it is their postage to send orders to us as customers £3.95 or more per package has gone up through the years and their prices up too.
Today I had a customer service staff member arguing that something I sent back that caused some spots on my face like a rash was awful I had to pay the postage.
Being loyal customers we were told we had to pay the postage to send back. What's going on? this has never been the case. It was obviously faulty as far as I'm concerned but had a customer service arguing with me for ages on the phone that it wasn't faulty . We feel awful having trusted them and purchased so much from them I felt very bullied and distressed. The customer is usually right but they would not accept this and not refund our postage my husband paid to send it back and waited 2 weeks for our refund which they didn't want to do despite they had it back nearly two weeks ago.
We are both elderly and had no strength left to argue anymore as recently suffering can certainly and treatment.
We truly feel bullied. It was always lovely shopping with QVC but it doesn't seem to be anymore.
we always trusted them but will think again about ordering too much. Very disappointing

I am absolutely livid! I purchased a Ninja pizza oven from QVC and when we tried to use it for the first time it didnt work so i arranged for it to be collected. It was collected by Evri on 17/07 but he logged it as not collected. I even offered to help him to the van with it, he declined and now i know why. He took a picture of my house and said there was nothing to collect! What a liar. Now QVC are saying that he didnt collect it because he has sent them a bogus picture - outrageous, what exactly does a picture of a house prove???? Never will i shop with QVC again. Sophie at customer services is absolutely disgusting the way she treats customers!
Update: I asked my neighbours to check their ring doorbell and there is a recording of him putting the oven in his van then coming back to take the bogus photo, gonna lose his job now - good! Also thanks QVC i'm now cancelling the order!

I had sent back some items a few months ago. I contacted QVC, the person that I talked to confirmed that they had received the returned items. I received an email about those items, my money had been refunded. I thought everything was taken care of. This month July, checking my account with QVC they had started taking out payments of the items I had returned. I put the items in one box,I have been talking with QVC about this situation. I have talked to, two supervisor s. I didn't keep the receipt from the post office, simply because they told they received those items. I have been a customer for several years and I have spent a sizeable amount of money at QVC over the years. After this experience,I could not recommend for any one to shop at QVC. Their customer service has really changed, and not for the best.
