I buy synthetic wigs (Jon Renau). In the past, I bought from a wig shop in St Louis Mo but have recently moved out of St Louis so I started ordering on line. I’ve ordered twice from Wigs.com & have been very pleased with quality, price, shipping and return policy. There is so much information on the site about the wigs, selecting the color, sizing, that it makes you feel good about making the right choice. I highly recommend Wigs.com.

I like the Hollie wig other than I find the bottom by the nape to be sparse, to me that is when the wig appears to look fake. I notice that on a lot of wigs. I am looking to purchase another wig, but I’m having trouble because of the sparse nape. The color Midnight Cocoa is beautiful! Also, I find that the shipping takes long. I’m willing to pay for Next Day Air, but it really isn’t Next Day Air. Next Day Air means you get it the Next Day! So why pay for that service when you’re not receiving your package the Next Day!

I have been wanting a real pink wig and finally found one. I have purchased others that have a pink hue to them but the pink was so faint that you can’t see it really. This pink wig is the real deal. I wish it was a shorter style like my two favorites Ignite or Brann but this one will do for now.

My wig was not delivered the way I expected it to be delivered but it reached on time,the company made sure that I was catered for, however I noticed that the lace front was different this time around à bit harder and was hurting when I wore it,this is the second time that I purchased the same wig.Otherwise I love the wig

I've placed several orders for my wife, and we have returned most of the wigs purchased.

The reasons for the returns have nothing to do with the quality of the wigs--they are all excellent. It is just that she currently has a wig that she loves, so a new one needs to be at least that good or better.

And you never know if you will like a wig until you try it on. So you try on many wigs to hopefully find one you like a lot. It has to be a heck-yes for both of us to keep the wig--mainly her!

More than once, our orders have totaled over $500 and $1000 dollars and wigs.com has given a prompt, full refund in every case for the wigs returned. Of course, we followed the rules and returned within the 45 day window (within a week actually) and in new condition, carefully repackaged.

Service was great. Color, hair quality great. But I haven’t been able to wear it: the hair falls forward which falls to close to face. Worst of all, the bob I’ve ordered several times in the oast( Cameron, lite) flips up. I look right out of the 50’s. I’ve multiple times: wetting it, pinning rollers to make a page boy or at least fall straight down . I can’t change it, and I can’t wear it. In all the wigs I’ve had, this is the first I’ve had that I couldn’t work with, if even needed, and fix. I didn’t contact or send back because I’ve never experienced this and so thought as time went on, I could fix it. It ‘s clear now that I can’t. Expensive lesson. I also finds out now, no local salons will work on ANY wig if they didn’t sell it. Any suggestions for what more I can do? It’s Jon Renau, my favorite

Ordered two wiglets, one delivered, second out of stock. Requested the second be shipped when available. HOWEVER, they cancelled the second wiglet and refunded to my credit card and did not notify me what they had done.
