Do not buy from this company
I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I am going to block all the emails and what's app re advertising which lead me to trust the product(which was constant). I received poor quality, different curl textures, wrong shade, unnatural smell, almost 300 dollars and wanted me to pay return costs to China, why would they not have a base in the U.S for that if they claim to be an American company ! They try everything to dissuade you from getting the refund for a product that is not as advertised and their website tells you that your entitled to receive.I let their customer service know all this. In doing the return process, they offered me to keep it for approximately 25 pounds ( which is ridiculous) or compensate me up to 30 pounds for the return but it will be more to return, honestly I wanted the hair for my birthday and it took maybe ten days or so to arrive. So now to be out of pocket for the hair and return then and waiting for a refund so I can purchase something which better, is so upsetting.

The hair arrived with an overwhelming fishy odor that was so strong it made my entire room smell terrible. I initially planned to return it, but the process would have taken too long, so I decided to wash it instead.
I washed the hair twice, and the water turned a disgusting dark brown. I honestly wish I had taken a picture. It is disturbing to think that customers may install this hair without washing it first. For $149, I expected clean, good-quality hair—not hair that smelled and looked dirty straight out of the package.
This was completely unacceptable. I will never purchase hair from this company again, and I do not recommend it.

I received plastic hair that won't even hold a curl. I had the prettiest curls for all of 20 mins. They are horrible. I used to only buy my hair from them now using them im in the streets looking crazy. Avoid them. You could smell the plastic when the wind blows

Declining quality and selection
I’ve ordered many wigs from Luvme over the years and while the quality of the hair is still very good, the wig cap sizing and quality have significantly declined. Instead of offering 2-3 cap sizes, the caps are now one size fits all from 19”-23”, which doesn’t work well for my 21” head circumference; it bunches out noticeably on both sides, as in addition to the cap being way too large, its also no longer soft, it’s very stiff.
I’ve also noticed that many of the wigs showing on the site are sold out and there’s a “vote to restock” option.
Bring back the old Luvme with both good quality hair and caps, even if the wig selection remains smaller.
