The shipping was impressively smooth — everything arrived on time and well‑packaged, with no missing parts or damage. Communication throughout the process was excellent too; I was kept updated at each stage, which made the whole experience feel really reliable.

As for the swing set itself, the quality is fantastic. The materials feel sturdy and well‑made, the assembly was straightforward, and once it was up, it was clear it’s built to last. It looks great, feels safe, and the kids absolutely love it.

Overall, a genuinely positive experience and a product I’m really happy with it!

Well so far .... never used this company before and wanted a trampoline for our grandson's birthday. The deal was excellent firstly, and they had a weekend sale. I ordered yesterday, (Sunday late afternoon). I did'nt realise until after I ordered that I had not put the Promo code in for 10% off. I thought "Oh no" this will be a nightmare to claim now - as I am sure most of us realise everything is AI and to get a person is 99% of the time unheard of. Anyway I sent an email as I wanted the email to go within the promo code window in case I needed proof. Well I did'nt need to worry at all. I actually got a response on Sunday early evening (YES SUNDAY) acknowledging my request and say it would be dealt with tomorrow (Monday). Well guess what that is exactly what happened they refunded the 10% and the item is now shipped. I know I have waffled on a bit here but, old school customer service is non existent these days and to receive this excellent person customer service deserves a review. Thank you Outdoor Toys. I am assuming the product will be as good as your customer service. If not a review will be left :) - feedback is an excellent tool.

Excellent quality being a joiner I thought it would be a bit cheap for the Price as my wife had ordered it It arrived when they said it would, and I was was more than surprised at the quality of it our Granddaughter has never been off it 10/10 from me

Excellent service and quick delivery!

We found this a very difficult item to construct- some of the screw holes don’t line up and it is still in pieces waiting for a solution so we can build it and see our grandson enjoying it. Disappointing.

I searched for ages to find the perfect play area for our sons. We ordered the tower, swings and A frame. Delivery was swift, the delivery guy wheeled it to the back garden for us. And after we'd built it, we realised we were missing a pack of climbing rocks. I rang customer services and a packet was delivered the next day! Brilliant service. My oldest is 3 and has already reached the top of the climbing wall and had to learn to abseil down it! My youngest loves the swings!

After doing lots of research online with buying the correct swing and slide we eventually went for the single swing and slide.The delivery was within the timescale allocated an the kind delivery driver unload all the pieces at the side alley of my house.The instructions were straight forward but had the timber been pre drilled this would have made the assembly procedure alot easier, all my timber was good quality and strong.I also purchased the heavy duty anchors (set of 4) but I am going to have to order another set as my swing is not stable when the kids swing, a video on how to correctly assemble the anchors would be a very valued video for alot of customers as I did have to contact customer services about the correct use of anchors in the ground.Overall happy with the product my kids love it, its strong timber which im hoping will last over next few years , best investment for kids memories.

This set is brilliant and exactly what we needed for our garden. It is a task to get it put up but with such a big piece that is expected. We’ve had it up a week now and my little girl has pretty much not come off it! I would have given 5 stars, however the delivery driver could not get it off his lorry without assistance. I was 27 weeks pregnant at the time so had to call in family to assist at short notice whilst he waited outside our house.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The outdoor toys are fantastic quality, and the customer service was top-notch. Delivery was exceptionally smooth, the driver went above and beyond to maneuver the large pallet right into the exact spot I needed it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering again!

company was great, we had a few bits there we wrapped were the wood and curved on the ends and broken plank.

emailed customer service and they reply within hours asked which parts were damaged/defective and sent replacement fast delivery, the play area look great thank you outdoors team for your support and fast service would highly recommend 👍 5 stars! lads.

Excellent product. Instructions were good and with occasional YouTube help it was a good build for a basic DIY’er.
The tough quality of the screws was particularly impressive.

Tools-wise I’d recommend a good quality electric drill/screwdriver.

The product is a solid piece of kit. The timber is good quality and the metalwork is well-made and extremely sturdy. Delivery was fast, and assembly was easy thanks to the detailed instructions. It’s definitely a 2 person build, and it’s helpful to have a socket wrench and impact driver to hand.

Fantastic experience. When I purchased the item it was advertised as 3-5 working days delivery. I placed the order too late so wasn't expecting pre bank holiday delivery. However, I live locally and this was noticed by the warehouse - they gave me a call the very same day to check I was in, I was and one of the workers dropped it off on their way home! Full marks from my granddaughter who's loving the slide!
