We found this a very difficult item to construct- some of the screw holes don’t line up and it is still in pieces waiting for a solution so we can build it and see our grandson enjoying it. Disappointing.

I always expect and get quality items from QVC. There are lots of offer prices and the easy pays make purchasing larger items achievable. Delivery is prompt and the carriers deliver with care. Returns are not a problem, when needed, which isn’t often. Altogether a great company to deal with.

I ordered a long- sleeved top which was on sale at a good price. It arrived promptly and well packaged. On the presenter’s advice, I ordered a smaller size than usual and it fits beautifully. The top is lovely, the colours are perfect for this time of year and I’m enjoying wearing it.

Ordering and receiving delivery were very straightforward. The item was well packaged and as it looked on the screen. Unfortunately, the elasticated waist on this skirt was far too small for the size of the skirt. This is why I gave only 4 stars. I’ve returned it for a refund.
