Well so far .... never used this company before and wanted a trampoline for our grandson's birthday. The deal was excellent firstly, and they had a weekend sale. I ordered yesterday, (Sunday late afternoon). I did'nt realise until after I ordered that I had not put the Promo code in for 10% off. I thought "Oh no" this will be a nightmare to claim now - as I am sure most of us realise everything is AI and to get a person is 99% of the time unheard of. Anyway I sent an email as I wanted the email to go within the promo code window in case I needed proof. Well I did'nt need to worry at all. I actually got a response on Sunday early evening (YES SUNDAY) acknowledging my request and say it would be dealt with tomorrow (Monday). Well guess what that is exactly what happened they refunded the 10% and the item is now shipped. I know I have waffled on a bit here but, old school customer service is non existent these days and to receive this excellent person customer service deserves a review. Thank you Outdoor Toys. I am assuming the product will be as good as your customer service. If not a review will be left :) - feedback is an excellent tool.

Initially I was so pleased and impressed with this company. I had never heard of them via Vinted and was praising them to everyone how fast they were in Executing delivery. However 3 months on I have had 4 parcels go missing . I will avoid this company for sure now in future..

I would say 2 out of 5 times I get my packages effortlessly. Other times there is no scan code sent and today I have a scan code and it’s not accepted by my local In Post shop AGAIN. I expect a
problem every time I go to collect a parcel. I prefer Evri never had an issue

As someone else said all okay until something goes wrong. Customer service is robotic and appalling. They take a percentage of every sale “buyer protection “ but try getting help under this it’s a non starter. Site is good for buying and selling and as I said until something goes wrong. Vinted are not interested in helping sort lost incorrect labelling of packages you just have to suck it up yourself. So Vinted you need to step up considerably your customer service and actually deliver service …..

So unhelpful I would never choose to use you if there was an alternative

When we decided to buy a Quooker which I never knew is pronounced "Cooker" :) we bought the best one the gold version. A really big investment 15 months ago. We are absolutely delighted with the product (zero negatives) but more .... an absolutely delightful company with a real personal one on one contact which in this day and age is unheard of. Quooker please dont change anything you are doing - you are amazing and a breath of fresh air - THANK YOU
