Having been exempt with my blue badge changed my car what a night mare add my new reg to the app but got penalty charge .appealing it .while waiting got another 2 notices .so had to appeal separate for each you think you could put all reference numbers and proof in one email but no .seems daft to me still waiting for my first appeal god knows how the for the other 2 useless although spoke to advisers on phone they were nice friendy helpful pity about the appeal system
