There are only positive things I can say about this company, their service and the beautiful lamps. Delivery took only a matter of days from Lithuania to the UK, well packaged and easy to assemble with clear instructions and the appropriate plug for my country were included. When we looked at the pictures on the website we were dubious they would be as spectacular in 'real life'. We were wrong, the spectacular 'light art' that the lamp emanates out over the wall and ceiling is breathtaking. We have tried it in all our rooms (we will be buying more!) it currently resides in the bedroom, and coupled with an Aurora lamp we already own, makes the most dazzling light display on our vaulted ceiling. We tried it in a large room and the spread of the display was just as good. If you are worrying the price might be a bit prohibitive, don't be, it will be worth every penny.

Very easy to find the right sim plan for me. Cost was so much cheaper than my current providers data roaming fees. Easy to install the sim - though if you are an Android user you might need to use the website rather than the app as it is more suited to iPhone users. The customer service team were quick to help with any issues. A reliable and fast data service everywhere I went - I even managed to make a successful video call from a desert in Australia to the Isle of Man!

All the products are much lower quality than the price suggested. Two of which looked and felt particularly 'cheap'. Although my items came relatively quickly, within the estimated time, they were thrown together loose into a too large, plastic bag without any padding or protection meaning that the boxes and packaging inside - of which some were supposed to be Christmas gifts - was crushed or ripped rendering them useless to present. Will not be buying from Coopers again.

My first experience of shopping with Kaima Cosmetics and it won't be my last! Very quick delivery, products are stunning quality and unlike some online companies they products are exactly like the photos and videos on the website. (The Multichrome pressed shadow is to die for, the pigment is deep and you only need one application to achieve the look in the photos) One of my eyeshadows was damaged (presuming in transit even though they are well packaged) and Sam responded to my email in only a few hours with a solution, replacing the product, which arrived in 2 days. Can't recommend this company enough.

I ordered footwear online that were a little too big so contacted customer service to arrange an exchange. The process was quick easy and professional and once I'd posted back the footwear I received the exchanged pair in under a week. Really good no-fuss customer service worthy of the premium designer brand that is Ted Baker.

A really professional company. My order was shipped within 1 working day. Took less than 48 hours to get it to the Isle of Man. It was so well packaged that the ice blocks were still mostly solid! Customer service is excellent with response to my Emil in the same working day. The products are really high quality, taste delicious and if you are searching for a hard to find Mediterranean ingredient this is the place to look first as the range is so varied. Cant recommend Belazu highly enough. Our order consisted of fresh pasta, cheeses, olives, pesto, harrisa paste, cashews and other nibbles so we have tried a broad spectrum of products and been very impressed with all of them.

Enjoy shopping with Just Fab. I have been a VIP customer for several years. The opportunity to decide whether I want to 'credit' my account each month means I can build up a little in my account when I have spare cash and be able to treat myself even when I haven't! The choice of shoes and bags is amazing and all reasonably priced. Clothing isn't as good and some of the fabrics feel very 'cheap' but saying that the jeans I have purchased are the best fitting I have ever had. Free P&P works for me but the couriers can be hit and miss. All in all a good experience.

Delivered on time and advance notice of a delivery slot meant I wasn't waiting around. Well packaged and great value item. Will definitely shop again with Drinkstuff.

Disappointed with the length of time it took for them to arrive - paid for them before lunch on Monday and they didn't arrive until just before 6pm Friday. I had to send an email to Door Handle Co to ask where they were, which was responded to within 24 hours so communication OK but hadn't been despatched until Wednesday. Couriers aren't doing you any favours. They sent me a text to say they would be with me between 1.30 and 2.30 Friday so I waited in all afternoon only to have them land at 6pm. Handles were as described.
