Booked the flights, paid, then was they phoned five hours later and told to pay £400 more to keep the flights, since the airline had put the price up. Thought my contract was with travel trolley since it was them i had paid, not the airline. But they didnt honour my contract. It will now take between 24 - 48 hours to get my money back. Sounds and smells like click and bait...
In the meantime, fares I could have got through KLM have indeed gone up....but i could have got the cheaper price at the time had I booked with the airline directly rather than using travel trolley. Beware. If airlines put the price up, they will not honour your purchase. In the meantime, they have your money.

Worst Travel Agency, Had the worst experience Ever. Avoid At All Cost…there are better booking sites available

I booked my flight to India from . Was going to take my brother for treatment. He was discharged earlier than anticipated and there was no need to stay there. We agreed to return early
I spoke to Norman regarding changing my flight to return early
Norman answered my questions seamlessly.
He give me the different I had to pay and within a minute he gave me the link to pay which was way more cheaper than booking it myself.
I can highly recommend Travel trolley to anyone. I have booked my flights with Travel trolley and I have never had any problems

Probably the rudest customer service assistant I have ever spoke to, I don’t even wanna rate one star, never using travel trolly again and nor suggesting anyone to use it

Absolutely disgusting customer service! If I could leave zero stars I would! Flights were re scheduled with virgin, we asked to cancel and refund and were left on our own two weeks before the flight to call and sort ourselves with Virgin!

You are not paying for any sort of customer service and in fact they provide you with attitude back, don’t let you speak and keep saying the same things over and over!

Will definitely not be booking with this company again and leave this review so no one ever has to go through this level of stress and frustration!

I booked through travel trolley for me and my daughter a few years ago,I had no problem at all smooth as a whistle
No complications or issues as described in some of these comments.i would definitely use them again i am planning a trip with my family to Islamabad at the end of the year.i will use them again 100%

they rang us to let us know a change of flight, we accepted and they sent a confirmation with our names and ages wrong, we made many phone calls to fix this and not joy and now trying to fix it with airline, will contact trading standards

Fly sharp and travel trolley are both the same company. Tried to book a ticket on through Skyscanner. When you go to the website the price changes. I still tried to book tickets on two separate occasions. After going through the payment process. I got emails saying these flight are not available and were offered random other dates. This happened twice on different ticket dates so I don’t think it is coincidence. Will not try to use again.

Poor customer service. Spoke to a certain Misha and was very rude.

We were delayed by the Middle East crisis, and had two Qatar flights cancelled before we eventually returned home on 20th March not on the 4th as planned. We applied to Travel Trolley for a refund on our return, way back in March, and are still waiting, despite numerous phone calls and false promises and now in July over three months since we began the process, there is still no sign of our money. We have been told that Qatar, approved the refund on 14th May but still no refund from Travel Trolley.
I put a review on here in June and it has disappeared without any reason….no apology, no money, just a big fat zero!
Every time we contact them we get a different story, they are charlatans and not go be trusted with your hard earned money.

Unacceptable service – Withheld money and took 7 weeks for a cancellation refund!I booked a flight through Travel Trolley for £441. The flight was cancelled involuntarily due to war—an event completely out of my control. Despite this being a clear-cut airline cancellation, Travel Trolley took over 7 agonizing weeks just to process my money back.To make matters worse, they refused to refund the full amount. They withheld £38 for an "Extended Refund Term" add-on. It is deeply unfair to pocket money for a refund protection service when the airline cancels the flight itself!I emailed their customer support team to request a goodwill refund for this fee due to these extraordinary circumstances. They have completely ignored my email.Taking nearly two months to return a customer's money and then short-changing them on an involuntary cancellation is shocking business practice. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline instead. I will now be recovering my remaining money through a bank chargeback.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a flight to Bali. My surname has changed and I have been issued a new passport. Have all the relevant documentation to support this. If I had booked direct through Emirates I just log online and change my name and don't need to speak to anyone. Travel trolley have been so unhelpful and rude about this. I get a different answer every time I ring and the last guy has told me that they will not change the name. He tried to change my airline. He then said he would issue a refund that would take 4 to 6 weeks. He refused to let me speak with a manager. We fly in less than 4 weeks and the ticket is for me and my friend so her booking would be cancelled and we woyld both miss it. Advice from Emirates is that they should change it but it has to come from them as I booked through them. I just cannot get anyone to do this - just fobbed off and rude. I now face losing out not only on a holiday but the money too.

In response the the reply to this review. You have still not changed my name, You have once again told me that you cannot do it. I have called Emirates who would like to do a conference call with you and myself so they can understand why you refuse to change it. They say it is very simple and you are able to. This is very stressful. I have contacted ATOL. I would suggest anybody thinking of using travel trolley NOT TO.

This is the first time I have booked with travel trolley, biggest mistake ever. Please do not use this agency. The schedule change on flight , I asked them to cancel my domestic flights cancellation and keep the inbound/outbound as it is. They not cooperating. Agents on the phone are crap. They don’t know what they saying. So so disappointed also so stressed. It’s affecting my mental health as I plan a trip travel with young kids. Any one has got any idea how to make official complaint about this agency please forward their information suggestions.

The company changed my ticket without my consent to sell the tickets for more expensive. This is disrespectful and frustrating. I will never use your company again! What a scam.

Booked flights to Bali flying with emirates, emirates changed the flight connection time making it a 22hr connection in Dubai (it was 1hr 10mins)
Spoke to Jordan who changed my flight without informing me that I could have had a refund! I’ve now got to pay £156 extra for booking seats which on the original flight was included and also the flight is now £500 cheaper if I was to book again! Tried calling and emailing, spoke to 3 different people who keep saying they will call me back and Clive the manager will call me but they never do and my 2 emails have never been replied to.
This is the first time I’ve ever booked a holiday this way, normally book through a tour operator so very new to all this.
The customer service has been awful. Would not use TT again.

Been booking with Travel Trolly for many years & they Never seem to disappoint me.
Norman being my latest agent, was extremely polite, informative & tried everything to custom my latest booking to my needs & specification. I thank him for making the booking experience enjoyable & hope I get a chance to deal with Norman in many more bookings.
