Une expérience authentique et unique. Tout a été fluide dans la prise de contact, jusqu’à la réservation nous ne nous sommes occupé de rien.

Our concierge was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to secure reservations at some of Tokyo’s most sought-after restaurants, which we truly appreciated. Communication was always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to the dedication and expertise, our dining experiences were one of the highlights of our trip. Jad provides a truly valuable service, and he does it in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. Hotel concierges cannot get you in the places Jad can. Highly recommended.

We wanted to experience the finest wagyu Tokyo had to offer, and Jad took us to Seiryuen — hands down the best we've ever had. He was warm and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the culture and history behind wagyu that made the meal even more memorable. Jad was always available and responsive throughout our entire trip to Tokyo. I can't recommend him highly enough!

J’ai contacté Jad début février dernier pour une demande de réservation dans un omakase haut de gamme en Mai. Il a pu nous obtenir une table pour deux chez Sushi Ryujiro tout prenant compte de nos contraintes alimentaires et de disponibilités. Toujours très réactif, agréable et professionnelle, à l’écrit comme en personne.
Je le recontacterai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage au Japon !

Great Time in Tokyo.

We booked Jad for a 2-day premium food tour, and it was an absolute blast. We had sushi, yakiniku, kaiseki, and more amazing food than I can remember!

Jad explained everything so well and made every meal even more enjoyable. Between meals, we explored Tokyo, making the whole experience worth every penny.

Visiting Japan has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid and thanks to Jad (the person behind Nigiri Japan) and his expertise, in spring 2025 I finally got to make this dream come true. In order to help me experience the country to the fullest and check all the things in my bucket list, Jad took the time to extensively learn about what I wanted to do and see, my criteria and specificities as well as my more general tastes and hobbies to make sure I would get the best out of this trip. Getting help to organize a trip is one thing but I believe that Jad went far beyond that, from recommendations to help with booking to translation and even tour guide, he truly does it all ! His knowledge of Japan is honestly impressive and goes from niche pop culture to underrated traditional gems with the ease of someone who have been living there for years. I don’t know if I would have gotten nearly has much out of this trip without him. I really hope I will get to organize another vacation to Japan with Nigiri Japan’s help, thanks to Jad, all I got to do is turn off my brain and enjoy. Needless to say that I highly recommend his service !

Jad m'a fait découvrir un Japon que je n'aurais jamais pu connaître seul. Au-delà des adresses exceptionnelles, c'est toute sa connaissance de la gastronomie japonaise, des chefs et de la culture du sushi qui rend l'expérience unique. On sent qu'il vit sur place, qu'il a passé des années à explorer le pays et à créer des relations de confiance. Si vous cherchez une expérience authentique et haut de gamme au Japon, je recommande Nigiri Japan les yeux fermés

Nous avons demandé à Jad de nous réserver cinq très bons restaurants à Kyoto pour nos vacances, et ils étaient tous exceptionnels. Mention spéciale au restaurant kaiseki dans le quartier de Gion ainsi qu’à l’omakase autour du wagyu, qui ont été de véritables coups de cœur.

En plus de ses excellentes recommandations gastronomiques, il nous a conseillé de petits temples magnifiques à visiter, loin de l’affluence des grands sites touristiques.

Un guide culinaire et touristique remarquable, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
