Mr.Kai was really fast, great and helpful.

Kai is really nice and helpful, i received my translated driving license the next day and he even explained how to print it once in Japan.
I had no issue with the renting agency and the car trip was really nice and refreshing.

Printing code was delivered on the exact day and worked without any issue at 7eleven. Translation was widely accepted.

Très facile d'utilisation, ils sont très réactifs et compétents. J'ai reçu mon mail avec le code à imprimer dans un 7-eleven à peine 2 jours après, la veille de mon départ. Pas eu de problème, je recommande fortement. Simple d'utilisation. Merci pour l'aide apportée par whatsapp également.

We kozen voor de doe-het-zelfoptie van €59 per rijbewijs: online aanvragen vanuit België en de officiële JAF-vertaling zelf afdrukken in een 7-Eleven in Japan. Het hele proces verliep bijzonder vlot en duidelijk.

Ook de opvolging was uitstekend. Met één van onze scans bleek iets niet helemaal in orde en al enkele uren na het uploaden kreeg ik proactief een bericht met de vraag om een scherpere foto te bezorgen. Een geruststellende bevestiging volgde ook snel en daarna werd alles snel en correct afgehandeld.

In Japan was het afdrukken met de ontvangen code echt eenvoudig en de documenten werden zonder enig probleem aanvaard bij de autoverhuur.

Betaalbaar, betrouwbaar, heel goede communicatie en vooral verrassend eenvoudig. Absoluut een aanrader.

J'ai eu une excellente expérience avec One Click Japan. L'équipe a été très gentille et réactive tout au long de la démarche. Ma demande de traduction de permis a été acceptée très rapidement et tout s'est déroulé parfaitement, sans aucun problème. Je recommande leurs services à 100 % à toute personne ayant besoin d'une traduction de permis pour un voyage au Japon !

J’ai été plus que satisfait de la prestation, épaté. La première étape, la commande, a été très fluide et la traduction envoyée très vite.
Ensuite, la poste française a perdu mon colis et, à cette occasion, Kai a été un interlocuteur formidable, prévenant et très sûr. J’ai pu obtenir un code pour imprimer la traduction, une fois arrivé sur place et, à chacune de mes questions, Kai a su y répondre avec célérité, gentillesse et efficacité. Bravo. Et merci.
