Received my order in a timely manner…
Received my order in a timely manner and discovered the edition ordered was for the USA consumer. I notify Lamorial via email immediately and their response was basically, no problem, we will send you the Canadian Edition. I received the new books today, only one week after my inquiry. It is what i call superior customer service with no hassles. I would recommend Lamorial highly.

I am an exceptionally organized person and have all of my end-of-life information available on my desk. However, the planner had 6 more questions that I had not covered and about 10 suggestions for my existing information. Well worth the purchase.

Thought provoking
I thought the website was good and the points raised made me think. Each year as I get older I feel more left behind in technical issues. This seemed worth a try. So far I have looked through some of the book. It seems very comprehensive but I shall take my time with it. Hopefully it will provide the answers for my children when the time comes.

I am glad to get my planner
I am glad to get my planner. It took a lot longer than I thought it would (20 days), however, they sent me helpful digital documents to get me ready for receiving it. When I had a question the staff answered very quickly. I think this document is an absolute must and I appreciate the thought put into it. I have started the prep work but not finished. I got one for my parents and my mother in-law. I will probably use the digital documents but my older parents will use the hard copies.

The most important starting point
It’s amazing how we skip over the most valuable item for our family, our phones. Without access to those we would have serious setbacks. I particularly like the legacy setup so our family will have access to our phones. This is a very well thought out and organized planner. I recommend it to all.
