I have purchased ghe eyeliner, which is the smoothest, easy to apply liner I’ve ever gotten. Also the lip gloss. Very happy with all Ive purchased.

I am a 79 year old woman and I love how the Prime products work with my skin tone. I use all my products daily. I have the foundation that changes and blends with my skin color. I use the eyeliners and shadows on my aging eyes and the go on flawlessly.
I would recommend Prine to all my friends.

Chinese order

I have been using these products for about 2 years and have always been pleased with the results. However, recently I've noted that the order is taking longer to arrive and it's coming from Wuhan in China instead of the USA. I'm not pleased about this as I try not to buy Chinese goods.(Difficult I know) Has something changed???

I struggle with dark circles and sometimes puffy undereye. I have tried several expensive and popular products but none of them really worked. The under eye concealer is amazing!! It doesn't crease and it takes care of my dark circles. I am so glad I decided to try it. I had given up finding something that really worked, especially for my age. I am 61. Thank you Prime Prometics for such a great product!

First time ordering products from this company. Absolute disaster they just keep replying that they do not have an order under my email address. I have sent post code and order number no response 😡😡 spent £80 no confirmation and stupid response saying the same thing. You can’t call absolutely appalling

I received an order recently and one of the bottles had a broken spray top. These things happen, and I wasn't particularly bothered. I actually contacted them just to let them know, as I had two bottles and could always swap the spray top over.
But their response was fantastic. They were incredibly apologetic and immediately offered me a full refund, a replacement or another product of a similar value.
I decided to go for a different product, and within minutes they'd got back to me with confirmation of my new order!
Honestly, customer service like this deserves a mention. So many companies fall short when it comes to looking after their customers, but Prime Prometics absolutely got it right.
If only more companies were this good at customer service. I think we'd all have a lot less to stress about!

I have finally found a foundation that works for me.

I have finally found my holy grail eye products!!! I am 55yrs old, I have oily, crepey eyelids. I have struggled my whole adult life to find eye products that will not run, flake, or disappear . I bought prime prometics mascara & eyeliner in mulberry & eyebrightener in violetta...I absolutely LOVE all 3 products!!! great formula, all 3 products are very easy to apply & stay put until I take them off, & the colors i chose look beautiful with my blue eyes

Do not waste your money on this product, puffy eyes are still puffy...just like the majority of these products on line..very disappointed...

I love this mascara!!! It does all it says it will. Im not into false eyelashes so I check different mascaras and this one is the best so far.

I love your products! Especially the mascara! It's not clumpy or runny! The face mist is very hydrating and keeps my foundation looking great! The eye liner doesn't tug and glides on easily!

I bought the Mulberry mascara after seeing and hearing so many great reviews. Being absolutely honest, it's a lovely mascara, goes on well, but doesn't quite have 'WOW' factor I am used to with my usual brand, which really does make a statement. Lovely colour too as a bit different. Service was good with quick delivery.

The products deliver as promised! They are of excellent quality and flatter the face/eyes with a subtle touch.

I really enjoy your products. I was cautious about buying mascara that was a color other than black or brown. I thought it would be too colorful and noticeable. I was concerned that the pink eye brightener would also be too pink; too bright. Not at all. I am confident that I could buy any of your products and know that at my age of 69, I would look great.

Gutes, hochwertiges Produkt. Lässt sich gut anwenden und hat ein schönes Ergebnis. Ich würde mir allerdings ein gerades Bürstchen wünschen. Das wäre für mich einfacher aufzutragen.
Ich kenne Prime Cosmetics aus den USA. Dass die Produkte in China produziert irritiert mich.
