apart from being a great app and service provider, I've now found out the BetterMe's customer service is outstanding. Is there anything these guys get wrong?

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Full Refund!
I had a very positive experience with BetterMe's customer support team.
I accidentally purchased an additional subscription and canceled both subscriptions within 10 minutes.
Initially, I was offered a 50% refund. However, after I explained my situation in more detail, the support team kindly reconsidered my request and approved a full refund.
To my surprise, the refund was processed and received very quickly!
I truly appreciate their prompt responses, understanding, and professional customer service.
Although I decided not to use the service, I was very impressed with how they handled my request.

Porque en los primeros mails no sentí que estaba obteniendo la respuesta deseada, aquí puede ser que yo no me supe explicar, pero recontraté a ciegas. Y porque después de contratar y pedir que me regresaran al plan que me había gustado, en vez de contestar inmediatamente con un SI PODEMOS, empiezan con que yo compré por app store, y no por la app... Yo empecé a leer y se me sumió en estómago de que ya había perdido mi dinero. RECOMENDACIÓN: empiecen diciendo SI SE PUEDE y ya después la otra información. Eso es todo,

Snelle respons met klantgerichte en begripvolle antwoorden. Ik begreep niet helemaal of mijn vraag correct was aangekomen en alsnog kreeg ik een vriendelijk antwoord met klare en duidelijke informatie!

Could give less if can!!! I paid for subscription and canceled straight away. I needed only one month program and I like the app. However I was charged £40+ pounds about 3 months later. Over one month now trying to reach customer service, trough the app chat, trough countless emails. No response whatsoever!!!!! Will never pay any subscription trough them and it’s a shame because it’s good, but to charge someone out of blue and never reply emails or enquiries- not okay!! Money taken, nobody cares. Will take this to credit card scams department, will see if they can help. Sad

Tato aplikace se mi velmi líbí. Na chvíli jsem zrušila předplatné ze zdravotních důvodu a při obnovení jsem udělala menší chybu a měla jsem jiný plán než ten původní. Jakmile jsem kontaktovala zákaznický servis a popsala svůj problém, obratem mi vše vysvětlili a plán převedli na ten původní. Komunikace za mě tedy skvělá. Děkuji

I had a fraud transaction under wall…
I had a fraud transaction under wall pilates and I only remembered Better Me which I already cancelled end of 2025.
Despite me asking for a refund bluntly, they did help to trace back my records patiently and advised me accordingly.
Once I realised that it may be a wrong vendor and do not have the vendor details, the team went the extra mile to check for possible vendor details using the transaction details.
Best customer service I have ever met.
If my schedule permits consistent usage of Better Me app, I would defintely join their platform.

I've got nothing but good things to say about BetterMe.
I lost three and a half stones in five months with their calisthenics program through the BetterMe app.
Customer service has been top notch every time I've had to contact them as well.
I would recommend BetterMe to anyone considering an app based program to get in shape.
Worth every penny!
