We're really sorry your order never reached you, and that you had to go back and forth with us to get this sorted. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.

Leon has already processed your full refund, and it can take up to 10 working days to show depending on your bank. Your subscription has also been cancelled, so there will be no further charges.

If the refund has not appeared after that window, or if anything else is still open, please reply to the email thread and the team will pick it up straight away.
