Purchased a premium vehicle and despite sending multiple emails with specific questions I just get generic responses stating the status will be updated when there is progress. No updates since the CAP was issued and no answers to any questions I have asked. Quite dissatisfied especially after initially hearing good things about Beforward. Not how I expected things to go, given Japans reputation for efficiency. Unlikely to recommend or use again. Ref CE654392
