I am sorry you were not happy about the duty you were charged on your purchase.
As you will be aware, since Britain left the EU, your local VAT rate applies, as does any duty your country applies to goods being imported from a non EU country. We have tried to make this clear on our website. When you order online from us, customers from the EU are informed before any purchase is made about the local VAT and duty being applied.
