POSITIVE:
- Customer Rewards Account Balance is available and regularly reminded
- there was a good number of online items online of the kind I was looking for
NEGATIVE:
- the checkout process did not show the Rewards redemption option until I requested assistance
- Rewards cannot be redeemed through methods of payment other than credit or debit card
