We, Angela and myself have been using Vertu Motors formally Burrows Kia Barnsley for over 10 years and in that time have had maybe 🤔 seven new cars.
Although it is now Vertu Motors-Kia Barnsley the staff have remained at the branch and are the nicest and friendly bunch I’ve ever met at a motor outlet, yes they want to sell you a car but it’s is done in a way that makes you feel comfortable with the process.
We have dealt with most of the sales team and found them to be patient and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy with your choice.
We have a new Sportage and decided to exchange our second car which was a mini for a Kia Stonic used , Chris was dealing with our request but didn’t have what we were looking for in there stock so with the help of Dean they found just what we were looking for and had it brought to Barnsley from another branch, the car was sold to us and the hole proses was relaxed and friendly as usual. Once again excellent service from Chris and Dean, oh and the coffee also helped.

The whole experience of buying my new…
The whole experience of buying my new car was made so easy by Susan Fairchild who was very professional and easy to get on and I felt comfortable with my dealing with her on all levels and have finished the deal with a vehicle I am extremely happy with due the professionalism of Susan in explaining the deal we ended up with which left me convinced that the move to electric was the best move to make for me.

I dealt with Jess from start to finish, I never felt pressured or neglected. Everything I asked I had answered. I left with my new car feeling very satisfied and happy with my purchase.
This is the second time I have used a Vertu franchise and on both occasions I can not fault the service.

Picking up our new car
We had a really positive experience buying our car, and we would like to say a big thank you to our salesman for all his help. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout, without ever making us feel pressured.

An excellent buying experience.
Our experience from the very beginning was nothing short of excellent. The customer service, communication and support we have had reassured us throughout and made the buying experience a joy. Vertu Nissan Ilkeston.
Went to Nissan Ilkeston for a new Qashqai and could not have been treated better. Was made to feel welcome by all the staff members.
Ordered the new car and nothing was to much trouble for them, they kept me informed all the way through the process until I took delivery.

long wait for delivery. staff we're very slow and limited with information. we have motability car perhaps if they were selling a car to us they might have be a bit more infusiast. we've had motability car with nissan for the last 9 years maybe the complacency is due to this. we will definitely consider other dealers next renewal

My Fiesta failed it's MOT requiring…
My Fiesta failed it's MOT requiring significant expenditure to resolve. Within a couple of hours I had a replacement vehicle available to drive away. Outstanding customer service from all invovled. Stuart offered unbiased and helpful advise about my old car & Sam was able to arrange the purchase of the Focus in a friendly, open and honest manner. I would definitely recommend.
