Una truffa bella e buona, ho utilizzato il servizio una tantum per altro scadente a 0,50 € e senza aver richiesto nessun abbonamento mi vedo addebitare 29,29 nel mese di agosto e settembre, agosto mi sono accorto dopo che era stato addebitato su paypal settembre mi sono accorto ed era ancora in via di autorizzazione, allora ho sospeso il pagamento automatico a use ai. Ho chiesto il rimborso con paypal ma non l’anno accettato, ho rifatto ricorso a paypal nel giro di niente lo hanno rigettato pur dando prova che non esisteva in abbonamento legato alla mia email, ho inviato lo screenshot dove use ai diceva che alla mail non era legato un abbonamento attivo. Nonostante questo, lo hanno rigettato. Penso che paypal che uso da moltissimi anni non protegga abbastanza le vittime di questi truffatori e non tenga conto dei reclami di tanta gente che è stata vittima di questo raggiro. Io personalmente inizio a pensare male di paypal che con la velocità di come chiude le pratiche a favore di use ia favorisca queste pratiche fraudolente di use.ia. Penso di non usare più paypal. Se c’è tanta gente che denuncia queste raggiri, dovrebbe attenzionare e indagare sul modus operanti di use ia.

60 euro al mese!!!
Ahimè pessima esperienza sotto il profilo dei costi subiti. Ad oggi, mi ritrovo prelevati sul conto - ogni mese- a distanza di una settimana uno dall'altro € 29.99!!
Da marzo, dopo 2 prelievi automatici di 0,50 euro, mi sono stati prelevati ben 60 euro al mese per 6 mesi per un abbonamento automatico. Purtroppo solo ora ho avuto il tempo di verificare e mi sono resa conto di questi prelievi esorbitanti per il servizio. Esigo il rimborso !!

Metto 1 stella, perchè meno non si può. Sto aspettando un rimborso per un addebito NON autorizzato sul mio conto, dal 19 agosto. Pratiche ingannevoli e addebiti nascosti – Pretendo il rimborso immediato
Sono stato vittima di un sistema di abbonamento nascosto altamente ingannevole. Mi sono iscritto convinto di effettuare una semplice prova a meno di un euro, ma la piattaforma ha attivato a mia insaputa dei rinnovi automatici aggressivi, arrivando ad addebitarmi circa 120 euro sul mio conto PayPal senza alcuna trasparenza o consenso esplicito.Si tratta di un vero e proprio "dark pattern" studiato per confondere l'utente. Ho già provveduto a revocare i pagamenti automatici su PayPal e a cancellare l'account per mettermi al sicuro, ma pretendo la restituzione immediata dell'intera somma che mi è stata sottratta in modo così scorretto.Se il supporto clienti vuole che questa recensione venga rimossa o aggiornata, pretendo di essere contattato immediatamente per ricevere il rimborso totale dei circa 120 euro prelevati. In caso contrario, procederò formalmente tramite i canali di tutela dei consumatori e tramite il reclamo ufficiale di PayPal.

Non ho mai richiesto abbonamento ne autorizzato pagamenti. Non ho utilizzato i suoi servizi eppure mi sono ritrovato un addebito di € 29,99 sulla carta. Ma per quali servizi? E come hanno fatto senza che io abbia comunicato nessun dato?

utilizzato una volta per generare alcune immagini, hanno automaticamente avviato un abbonamento a € 29,99/mese senza esplicita richiesta e senza ottenere il mio consenso informato. L'azienda ha però risposto prontamente al mio reclamo, che avevo fatto non appena arrivato l'avviso di pagamento sulla mia carta di credito. Già dopo poche ore l'azienda ha stornato il pagamento e mi hanno avvisato via mail. Complessivamente quindi posso dare una valutazione positiva

Una truffa, il servizio è ridicolo e trae in inganno perché facendo la ricerca su google di chat gpt, compare prima questo risultato.
Dopo la mia precedente recensione a una stella sono stato subito rimborsato, quindi devo dire che il servizio clienti è da 5 stelle (quindi la media è 3).
Ad ogni modo avevo chiesto l’elaborazione di un’immagine usando chat gpt, ma il risultato è stato molto scadente. Facendo direttamente la richiesta su chat gpt, senza alcun abbonamento, ho avuto invece subito un risultato eccellente. Tra l’altro i token sono stati esauriti dopo pochi minuti, senza avere un risultato soddisfacente.

Ho pagato un periodo di prova 1€ il 1/6/26 dopo di che, dopo soli 5 gg, mi è stato attivato un abbonamento a 29,99 € al mese, in automatico in modo poco trasparente, senza alcun avviso di fine periodo di prova che pensavo di aver interrotto. Sono stati prelevati dalla carta per tre mesi gli importi mensili prima che potessi accorgermi di avere un abbonamento attivo (nn ho usato nemmeno il servizio)

ABBONAMENTO PAGATO MA PROFILO BLOCCATO IN SEGUITO
Ho attivato l'abbonamento trimestrale da €49.99, ma il servizio mi ha bloccato dopo pochissimi messaggi richiedendo un ulteriore pagamento di €77.92 per il Power Plan. Ho chiesto l'annullamento e mi hanno tolto immediatamente l'accesso al servizio, nonostante il periodo pagato fosse appena iniziato. Ho inviato una email al supporto (****@use.ai) richiedendo il rimborso totale per servizio non erogato. Sconsigliatissimo, una vera trappola.
