Popped in my immaculate iphone 15 details to sell to UR. intial valuation given £314. Not the best, not the worst. Agree to figure, send phone off. Get mail back offering £128, declined, 2nd offer £164, declined then final offer of £260. Nowhere near the original offer of £314 but agree as dont have the time for this. Advised it be processed in 7-14 days. Nothing after 8 weeks after regular emails to chase. Eventualy had to threaten with Small claims court. Next day payment came through. Disgraceful company, try to undercut you phones true value then use delaying tactics to hold payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I won't even give them the chance next time and neither should you.

Do not trust this company. You will not receive the quoted price even if you send the phone still in it's wrapper! Once a price as agreed, they tell you money will be paid in 30 working days. They have had my phone beyond this period. They are delaying payment, even though they acknowledge it's beyond this timescale, and they will not return my device. Avoid at all costs. Feels like a scam

Really speedy fast service

Great prices, great website, no hassle

Securely packaged phone. Appears perfect but I haven't turned it on yet. (This is my first time of buying a refurbished phone and I'm a bit scared I'll lose data from my old phone)
It has come with a transfer cable a 12m warranty plus I get a free back cover and screen protector for leaving this review.
I want to get these on before I transfer over and start using it.
I dont subscribe to Amazon Prime but it arrived next day with free P&P!!

The Device came as advertised, in a lovely box. Device works right out of the box and was very easy to set up

Sent Ur my 2022 Apple SE , their valuation was less then 1/4 of the online estimation. I refused the valuation and Ur twice increased the quote which I reluctantly accepted. Now 8 weeks later I still have not received payment. I have received several email apologising for the delay but still no payment. I would not recommend this service.

The only thing going for this company is fast delivery, I was delivered a phone supposedly in excellent condition, when I booted it up, WiFi and Bluetooth were faulty. Returned and now awaiting a refund. Surely this would have been tested before selling.

Please do not sell your phone to these people they do not pay you and refuse to send your phone back have been waiting from April for payment and they just keep saying I’m in a cue absolute propers SCAMMERS will be seeking legal advice as i refuse to let it go. Steer clear people

I sent my phone to be recyled in May and I still haven’t received any payment! Its nearly August, I am not convinced that this company is legit. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Most other companies in this space pay within days. Save yourself the hassle I’ve had!

I would never recommend this company - I sent my phone off and accepted their lower offer on the 13th May, they kept pushing payment back by 1 week ever week. After 10 weeks I had enough and sent them a letter telling them I was going to take them to court, surprise surprise, the money landed in my account within hours after receiving the letter. Why did it take so long ?

I started this process on 22nd May and now 2 months later, im still getting emails saying 14-30 days for payment. DONT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY. UTTER RUBBISH. They only get 1 star as you have to leave something.
Customer services are rubbish also. Very very dissapointed and annoyed with this firm.

Update on my previous two posts. STILL not been paid for a phone I sent to this company mid May. Offer accepted on 18th May and still no payment received. This company is laughing at good honest people who enter into agreements in good faith. This should not be allowed to happen. I will keep posting about this company until I receive my payment which is actually only £60. They will not return my phone either. Absolutely disgusting service.
