Great set of products included within the membership.
I love the cashback card which offers both great supermarket discounts in a number stores as well as some major savings in Boots/Primark etc.
I have also have benefitted from using the PASS ID provided as a formal ID for both local voting and accessing domestic flights. There seem to be many options for this outside of proof of age.

Really poor selection of discounts. Website is filled with offers that you can already get without the card - it's bizarre, it feels like a scam.

Discounts are already on for most shops but totem puts it on the website and makes it seem for students when actually the discount is for everyone

Please review our website for the offers available and full details of how to redeem each, directly on the relevant offer page. Some of the brands you mention don't have official discount partnerships with TOTUM, so student discount would be provided at their own direction and according to their t&c's.

Benefits I paid for were revoked without explanation!
I purchased the 3 year plan which included a 12 month subscription to Taste card. After 2 months, the taste card membership was canceled without explanation or notification from Totum.

Useless customer service when something goes wrong
Paid for a Totum card in December which included a 1 year tastecard membership. At the end of January my tastecard membership was stopped and I was invited to renew separately. Emailed the Totum help email at the start of February and they still haven't resolved it over a month later. Their communications are completely opaque, just saying they are "working hard to resolve" my issue and then going quiet until I chase them again and get the same response.

Horrendous experience with TOTUM right…
Horrendous experience with TOTUM right now - they are not cooperating with Pluxee to ensure my cashback card is set up. I've paid for it to be renewed and have a balance on my account. They have stopped replying to my emails, Pluxee can not help, there is no phone number anywhere for TOTUM so they can continue to take money and evade like this. Exploring ways to escalate this

Put an order through using discount…
Put an order through using discount code but wanted to cancel and reorder a different product from the same site. However, the code was marked as redeemed. Contacted customer service to explain and was given a new code within a couple of days (thank you Ali!)
In the end, got a good deal on an LG OLED.

Will be Wonderful if more shops retailers become available for cashback like ,Coop,Iceland,Morrisoon,TFL Underground,Dominos,Matalan,Aldi,and will be better to issued psyhical card,some of devices font accept this card to Google pay wallet.

Totum is alright but Pluxee cashback not so much
I enjoy looking on the totum app at their discounts but with their cashback Pluxee UK app and card, I find it a little overwhelming that you have to place the money onto your card to be able to get the cashback. I'd rather a simpler transaction like the Wildo app where it directs you to the product page and allows the cookies to track your order through an ordinary purchase via debit/credit card, klarna, paypal ect.
As for the totum app, they seem to give deals that are already for the public. I've just looked now and even their M&S Totum members only 20% off is for the public also. Are they just showing us discounts that are already available to the public?
As it stands I've not used the cashback once and would rather use Wildo which is also free.
