I went to a comparison site to renew my car insurance and although this company wasn’t the cheapest they offered a lot more than the previous recommendations, they are very efficient with emails and hopefully the renewal price will be a good competitive price

Claim made and accepted 16 June, still waiting with nothing resolved and we only hear from you to advertise other types of insurance.
On 16 June we registered a claim for a burst mains water pipe under gound causing such sever loss of water pressure (also affecting a vulnerable elderly neighbour) that we couldn't take a proper shower, run the bath faster than it went cold, or half the time even get the gas boiler to sufficient pressure to have it heat water at all. And our neighbour's washing machine can't reach sufficient pressure to heat at all. Today, over 5 weeks later, we have no progress except a large excavated hole in our driveway, and a promise from the contractors you instructed, that they'll be back to "try" to finish the work on 30 July - over 6 weeks after we registered the claim. But you CAN apprently still manage to email us asking us to change our car insurance to you - while offereing no email address we can reply to. You must be joking - we have no issues with our present car insurance and will be looking to move our home insurance from you to them.
