Account bloccato senza motivo
Ho aperto il conto a seguito dell’invito di un amico. Ho trovato un’offerta che con il cashback era interessante, l’ho sottoscritta e dopo due settimane mi sono ritrovato l’account bloccato, non mi fa fare più il login. Contatto l’assistenza che inizialmente risponde dicendo che avrebbero sistemato, ad oggi ancora niente e nemmeno rispondono.
I opened the account following an invitation from a friend. I found an offer that was interesting with the cashback, I subscribed to it, and after two weeks I found my account blocked, it doesn’t let me log in anymore. I contacted support, which initially responded saying they would fix it, but to this day still nothing, and they don't even respond.
