Clarissa did a great job working with the IRS and Utah State to establish an payment agreement. The communication was excellent and kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Precision Tax to anyone needing assistance with delinquent taxes.

It's fair to say that I have been here on this earth for a long time and accordingly, and I have dealt with the IRS for many years.

That said, it would be difficult for me to overstate the excellence of the work done by Jenna Anderson and her team at Precision. I handed them a difficult and messy situation, and Jenna and her team sorted the issues expertly and with alacrity, and then dealt with those issues in ways that surpassed my expectations.

On those occasions that I reached out to Jenna by phone or e-mail and she was unavailable at that time, I received a response within 24 hours. No exceptions.

I would also comment that in addition to being experienced, expert and supremely professional, the people at Precision are kind and compassionate.

Naomi Morrow was a wonderful case specialist who helped guide me through the daunting one year and 10 month journey of contacting and negotiating with the IRS. She was incredibly communicative, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, giving me a sense of reassurance that I could not find in multiple other tax specialists, accountants and IRS appointed representatives.

Even though Precision Tax Relief seems to be a large company, I always felt cared about and never forgotten. Even though the process took a long time, they stayed in the fight throughout, staying within the fee from the original contract. Moving from a potential tax bill of over $300K to a reasonable settlement of $48K, I couldn't have been more relieved and appreciative. There is no way I could have done this myself (and I tried) without the expertise and experience of Precision Tax Relief and their specialist Naomi.

I just recently had an IRS issue. I am from California and was not happy with the people I had spoken with I tried to hire in state.
