This plugin is what I needed. Love it. BUT most plugin support isn't very good. These guys were fabulous. It's nice to get real help when you need it and they delivered.

Good support response
Good response from support even for the free version. Have been using the plugin for few years. Never had to renew or rework the connection itself. The submission from website to google sheet works most of the time.

Support was excellent
Support was excellent. Jina helped me resolve a manual synch issue for multiselect fields that were not coming over properly during manual synchronization. Very prompt and quick in resolving the issue by providing an update to the files right away.
