I am very pleased. Easy shopping experience. Timely delivery. I am just starting to try it, but rebounding has been fun so far.

I had an issue with my handle bar shipment and Michelle was very helpful and took care of the problem immediately. She was very friendly and accommodating.

Website was easy to use. Asked some questions using chat and got good answers.
Product was shipped promptly and arrived without damage. Really enjoying the quality of the trampoline, and it is easier on my joints than my previous high-end spring model. Subsequently ordered a quick release handlebar. It was straightforward to install, and I really like it. If I order additional rebound equipment in the future, it will probably be from jump sport.

The process ordering was straightforward and simple.

The assembly was mostly easy. Some pieces didn't want to cooperate. The delivery was quick but the carrier damaged the box some. Once I tried it out, it felt really sturdy. I can see myself using this for years to come. It's really worth the investment.

I had to send an email because I purchased the wrong Matt the person that I spoke to was wonderful and corrected the order before it was even sent out. The customer service with jump support is the best that I’ve experienced in a really long time. The quality of my purchase is also excellent.

Product shipped quickly, arrived in good condition, is well made, and stable. I do recommend this product.

my wife loves the product (a jumpsport rebounder). Recently she wanted to add a handrail, which I ordered separately. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, and is well built. But it had one defective piece (a stripped nut inside the plastic tightener). I called and a very helpful rep identified the problem, ascertained that it was a defect, and sent a replacement part immediately (no cost, under warranty). Received and installed today. All good! Thanks.

The order process was easy and the product arrived quickly and was relatively easy to set up. I had to wait for the handle bar to arrive from Amazon as it was out of stock on the jump sport site. Thankfully, Amazon delivered within three days and I was able to get started on my rebounding journey.

Used the JumpSport rebounder at my personal trainer’s recommendation (and at her gym), and found it to be very beneficial for balance and leg strength and decided to purchase one for home for my husband and I. Love it.

I appreciate the fine quality and craftsmanship of the trampoline. I have the Essential, the basic model, and couldn't be more pleased with it! I only had to put the legs on and was ready to go. It is very quiet. At 71, I feel like a kid on it...so much fun. Start out s-l-o-w and you will be just fine. Love, love, love my Jumpsport rebounder!

I purchased a JumpSport rebounder a while back from Amazon. When I recently placed an order for the bar directly from JumpSport website, someone reached out to me to make sure it wasn’t a mistake since they had no record of a rebounder purchase! I thought that was so great that they would take the time to make sure I was ordering the correct product. They also got me the free trial that, for some reason was missing from my original purchase.

I ordered a Quick-release handle bar to use with re-bounder 220. However i received a re bounder model 230 instead. I am in the process of returning the mistake and not getting very fast response from company.

As always I love the taste. It helps because it makes drinking water a bit of an adventure!

The quality is great and we liked not having to assemble anything except the legs! The 44” size accommodates both my tall husband and me. I had a question to customer support on extra parts that were in the package and received a response very quickly!

I was excited to use my Jump Sport rebounder when I took it out of the package but two of the legs don’t fit properly. They are very wobbly and do not fit securely. I was very disappointed. I called the company and received a call back from Toby who was informative and helpful. I called back and the woman I spoke with was kind, courteous, helpful friendly and professional. It was VERY helpful that both people were easy to understand, unlike some companies who have foreign customer service agents with heavy accents.
The product itself seems like a good product but quality control would have helped me be a happy customer and helped you get a 5 star rating.

Great product! I love that the tension is adjustable. The 44 inch size fits perfectly in my living room. I love that I can get a solid workout in in just 10 minutes so I can get a workout in even when I have a long workday ahead. This will be a wonderful supplement to my treadmill and outdoor bicycling.
