Assistenza clienti da rivedere
Esperienza davvero assurda. Ho ricevuto un'email in cui mi veniva comunicato che il mio pacco era stato consegnato, ma in realtà non ho ricevuto assolutamente nulla.
Ho contattato subito l'assistenza clienti, che impiega fino a 24 ore per rispondere. E tra l’altro in una fase iniziale ti risponde l'intelligenza artificiale! L'unica cosa che hanno fatto è stata inviarmi un link del corriere che indicava il pacco come "consegnato", senza svolgere alcuna verifica o cercare di risolvere il problema. Hanno persino chiuso il ticket, lasciandomi senza assistenza.
In pratica hanno incassato i miei soldi, ma del pacco non c'era traccia. Il servizio clienti è lento, inefficiente e completamente privo di attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Il giorno dopo mi arriva il pacco! Mistero!

As explained in our communication with you, our Customer Support team contacted DHL directly to obtain an update regarding the delivery. DHL informed us that, in order to proceed with a formal investigation, a specific form needed to be completed by the recipient. We therefore provided you with the required form so that, once returned, we could forward it to DHL e-Commerce and allow them to carry out the necessary investigation and provide a proper resolution.
Regarding our response time, as stated on our website, our Customer Support team’s standard response time is up to 24 hours. These guidelines are in place to ensure that all customer enquiries are handled consistently and appropriately.
We are pleased to know that your parcel ultimately arrived the following day. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and uncertainty caused by the incorrect delivery status, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
