Communication was good and the artwork met our expectations. We were nervous about intercontinental delivery of such a large item, but it arrived safely as it was transported in a wooden crate, very well protected. The raised surfaces of our painting are beautiful and we plan to order a second painting from Nukeart soon

Refrain from purchasing from this fraudulent Chinese store. I purchased artwork that significantly deviated from the provided image. Furthermore, the store refuses to provide a return label for shipping the artwork back to China, despite the exorbitant shipping costs exceeding the value of the painting. Their behavior is characterized by pushy and unaccommodating attitudes. I strongly advise against patronizing this store.

The painting and the frame are top-notch. Better than I expected. The shipping and packaging in the box were also very professional, as was the communication and the kind service from Vivian. It was given me the opportunity to have a few small changes made to the picture until I was completely satisfied.

I love the art I was very concerned however with the packaging can't really blame the seller. Fortunately my piece was intact. The only thing I could say that would be negative is that some of the Staples that attach the wood to the frame did not hit the mark but since it's on the back it really doesn't matter it's just sharp. Picture came exactly as depicted on the website. I would recommend this company I believe I may buy a second piece.

Far exceeded my expectations!

I had my eye on one of their ocean wave paintings because it would be perfect for our contemporary, ocean-themed home. The only issue was that the original color palette didn't match our décor.

I created a mockup of the painting with the colors I wanted and sent it to Nukeart to see if it would even be possible. They checked with the artist, who confirmed she could recreate the exact same painting with a completely different color scheme.

I'll admit I was a little skeptical since it was such a significant change, but I couldn't have been happier with the result. The proofs were an exact match to my mockup, and the finished painting exceeded my expectations. The quality, colors, and attention to detail were outstanding.

The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. Every response was timely, helpful, and courteous, making the customization process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Nukeart to anyone looking for beautiful artwork and exceptional service.

The painting looks terrific, and they were great to work with and communcation - confirmation of my order and the next steps, the final painting for my approval before shipping, shipping and expected delivery (the container the painting arrived in to ensure no damage was incredible!), and post delivery. I will buy from them again.

I ordered two paintings for over 1,200 USD. They looked NOTHING like what was on the website. The website images seem AI generated. Completely different paint used, different colours, a SHEIN version of what the website showed. If I could attach photos to this review I would. They resisted refunding me for 3 weeks saying they would 'redo' the paintings. This whole process took two months. Beware.

Absolutely stunning! The painting is even more beautiful in person and far exceeded my expectations. The quality and detail are amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Ordered a painting for living room. A large sunset, seascape painting which was executed well and looked very similar to the website image (they are all individually painted). Ordering was fine and delivery was pretty quick considering this had to be painted to order. Overall I was delighted with the result and would recommend.

I ordered the textured painting "Winter's Embrace". Before placing the order, Vivian showed me real photos of the painting and created a mock-up of the dimensions for me to preview. After the painting was completed, she took photos and sent them to me for confirmation. She only shipped the painting after receiving my approval. I received the painting approximately six days after it was shipped. The entire process was very smooth, and I am very satisfied.

Since the initial order was placed the Nuke Art team followed up with us and they explained the process and sent us an actual picture of the finished work. We were hesitant, but once we received the piece it was a true picture of what was sent to us prior to shipping
In our case it was shipped to our house in South West Florida via DHL and customs held the shipment for a routine inspection - we reached out to Nuke Art and they were involved with the process and helped us with the communication with DHL until the day we received the work in our doorstep.

The paintings (3 pieces) were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and foam to protect the frame, and the paintings came in a wood create with hinges for protection and easy unpacking. They were perfectly safe when we got them.

The picture took over four months to arrive and we had no idea when purchasing it would be produced and shipped from China. Avoid this company at all costs - the delivery firm they organised were appalling. They left our painting outside in the rain

UPDATE: After writing this review, Vivian reached out to apologize. She said that my order was cancelled and I would receive a full refund. She explained that the delay was because they were waiting for the artist to complete a new version of the painting in hopes I would change my mind about cancelling. At this point, I did not have high expectations that the new version would change my mind given the past versions. But a few days later, when Vivian emailed me with pictures of the new painting, it was very close to the original painting shown on the website - exactly what I had been expecting. I changed my mind about cancelling the order. I had been upset and alarmed about the radio silence earlier, but Vivian worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate that.

This website is a SCAM. After my order, Vivian reached out with photos of the finished art work for my approval. It looked nothing like what's shown on the website. I said this to Vivian and explained in detail what I thought was different. She was understanding and said the artist will make revisions. She then sent another picture of the revised painting. It still looked very different. Since I had already asked for two rounds of revisions and it didn't seem like the painting was getting closer to what's on the website, I asked to cancel the order. The website has a cancellation policy that clearly says that we can cancel if the painting hasn't been shipped yet. They also have a 100% guarantee refund policy. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I have sent 3 emails and one week later, still no response. Vivian always responded after 24 hours when we were discussing the painting, but as soon as I asked to cancel my order? NOTHING. I am now out hundreds of dollars with no art work.

I ordered a product worth over $900 and was promised delivery within 5–7 days. Two weeks later, the parcel still had not been handed over to DHL, despite my repeated inquiries.

I contacted the seller multiple times, asking for updates and eventually requesting cancellation and a refund, as I was moving abroad and would not be able to receive the package. Responses were slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful, and the seller failed to respect the delivery timeframe promised on their website.

This has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have had in 30 years. The lack of communication, delays, and failure to ship the order are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this seller.

I do recommend the artist "Alexander Grif", he understands my needs - bright but not garish, i like the overall colorful balance, without being loud.

I don't understand people saying the communication was excellent. I sent a question via email twice and never received a reply. Then I tried another address on their site, and still no response. I am afraid to order in the event there is an issue.
