I noticed you didn't replied to Muhammad Haris's comment on Jan 10, 2026, may I ask why.?
Based on the reviews I read of course it's justified of me to not fully trust Zambeel, because negative reviews can be fake as an attempt by their rivals/competetiors to ruin their name at the same time positive reviews can also be fake to pump their positive review rate or volume. So I decided to test myself, I will buy their gold plan and check for myself for 1 month and after that I will share my honest feedback here.

In client services, it can be challenging to meet every customer’s expectations, and we are not claiming that we never make mistakes. However, we always try our best to connect with customers who leave negative feedback, understand their concerns, and resolve the issue. At times, we do reach out for account details but receive no response, which makes it difficult for us to investigate the matter further.
We’ve also noticed that customers are generally much more likely to share their experience publicly when they face an issue, while satisfied customers often don’t leave a review even after being requested to do so multiple times. This can naturally make the overall review picture appear more negative than the broader customer experience.

I was working in Pakistan on my own Clothing brand and then I came to know about Zambeel that they provide warehousing services in GCC as well, at start i was curious that are these guy's trustworthy or not, but taking risk i decided to ship my some stock from Pakistan to UAE in Zambeel's warehouse and i think that was a life changing decision from my end and now ALHUMDULILLAH I'm working in all GCC markets with Zambeel, So now i can say that my Brand is now international because of Zambeel.
