We are an e-commerce company that used KSA Drop for warehousing and 3PL services in Saudi Arabia. They delivered 14 of our physical orders via J&T Express and collected approximately 230,000 PKR worth of Cash on Delivery (COD) on our behalf. Now, they have completely cut off all communication, blocked us, and refused to release our COD payouts or return our remaining stock. Do not trust this company, they are scammers!
When I selected the ksadrop supplier, I suffered a lot of loss. When an order is placed, first of all the response is almost zero. Secondly, confirming with the customer and delivering the order is extremely poor. And when the order is delivered, they don’t even update the sheet or anything at all.
When we ask the customers, some of them say they never receive the order. And if they do receive it, they receive the wrong item—some other product. Even if it is delivered, they mark it as delivered in the sheet, and then after some time they change it again and show it as a refund.
Very bad experience with KSADROP – Beware of fraud!
I am extremely disappointed with the services of KSADROP company and want to warn all people not to work with them. This company is not paying the profit of the users as promised. I worked hard through their platform for several months, but when the time came for payment, they started to act evasively. Now the situation is that my legitimate profit has been stuck for several weeks and there is no positive response from the company.
Their customer support system is completely inefficient and unprofessional. I have sent dozens of messages on WhatsApp and tried to explain my problem, but they refuse to respond even after seeing the messages. Not only that, but I have called their official numbers several times, but no one picks up the call. It seems like they have deliberately disconnected after collecting the money.
Trust is the most important thing for any business, but KSADROP has completely broken my trust. If you don't want to waste your hard earned money and time, please stay away from this company. This company is neither transparent in payments nor capable of providing customer service. In my opinion, this is an untrustworthy company.
