I ordered something 2 months ago! The item still hasn’t arrived. I keep reaching out and I’m getting no reply. Terrible customer service. Scam!!!

Hice un pedido en Meyme Store el día 12/07 y, a día de hoy, todavía no he recibido mi paquete.

Después de no recibir ninguna noticia sobre mi pedido, tuve que ponerme yo en contacto con la empresa para saber qué estaba ocurriendo. Me informaron de que el pedido no había sido enviado porque faltaba información. Sin embargo, si realmente necesitaban algún dato, considero que deberían haberse puesto en contacto conmigo, en lugar de esperar a que fuera yo quien reclamara información sobre mi pedido.

Además, en su página indican que los envíos a España tardan entre 24 y 48 horas, pero ese plazo no se ha cumplido ni de lejos.

Por otro lado, facilité la dirección de mi domicilio para que el paquete fuera entregado allí y, en lugar de recibirlo en mi dirección, aparece enviado a un punto de recogida que desconozco y del que no tengo información clara.

Me parece una experiencia muy decepcionante, tanto por el retraso como por la falta de comunicación y la gestión del envío. Espero que puedan solucionar la situación y mejorar la atención al cliente y el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega.

They deduct shipping TWICE of your refund amount (even if they only say once). Still waiting for the refund. Return portal extra complicated. The ‘continue’ button is actually translated to ‘back / return.’
Customer service only sends spanish mails.

personalmente me gusta mucho comprar en tiendas locales y esta marca me llamo la atención por sus diseños, en especial por un set de polka dots

Al principio me preocupé de que no me llegara el pedido, porque leí muchas reseñas de esta tienda antes de comprar, vi comentarios bastante preocupantes entonces decidí que lo mejor era usar Klarna, que tiene protección al comprador, en caso de que no me llegara el paquete.

Lo compré, y no se demoró mucho tiempo, realmente llegó en el plazo esperado.

Sobre la prenda, me gustó, pero, hay cosas que no estaban tan bien confeccionadas del set que compré, aún así estoy feliz con la compra porque realmente me gustó el set, me lo he puesto y el diseño creo que es único.

Pienso que deben mejorar la reputación en línea, porque los diseños son muy lindos pero el usuario desconfía antes de comprar.

La atención al cliente en mi caso fue muy buena, les escribí por Instagram y me respondieron siempre a tiempo.

El producto es engañoso, las fotos muestran una calidad que no corresponde para nada con lo que te llega, que es de calidad malísima, malísima. Todo hecho en china aunque en su web dicen que hay productos hechos en Portugal y España de forma muy ambigua.

Además tienen información engañosa en la web, con opiniones que son supuestamente de Trustpilot pero realmente no tienen links a esta web y luego no se corresponde con las opiniones que se ponen aquí que son prácticamente todas bastante bajas.

Tenía miedo de que no me devolvieran el dinero y estuve esperando casi un mes, pero les escribí y al momento me hicieron el reembolso, por lo menos.

No recomiendo para nada comprar con ellos. No llega a ser estafa, pero la experiencia fue muy engañosa.

I ordered in March this year and my package never arrived. There was a default warehouse message. I tried to get in contact with Meyme, which was quite difficult. I never really got a proper response, their customer service is very poor. I finally got a response that they would give a refund (almost 300 euros) once they received the package back (which was not my fault to begin with). One month later I a still waiting. Such a shame. I would never order here again.

Experiencia horrible tanto en el envío como en la devolución. El 17 de abril de 2026 realizo un pedido de un pantalon. Al ver que no me llega envío numerosos correos sin respuesta. El 14 de mayo me dicen que me envían otro porque el primero no saben dónde está. El 18 de mayo me llega este pedido en pésimas condiciones (arrugado...). Decido devolverlo. El 22 de mayo les llega a sus instalaciones y a día de hoy 8 de junio aun no sé nada del importe de la devolución pese a haber enviado múltiples quejas. Un desastre

My first order never arrived. Contacted them, at first they responded quickly but when I asked them to contact the shipping company about the lost order, they never responded. I accidentaly placed the same order a few days later (forgot that my creditcard was linked). Immediately asked for a cancellation, got the confirmation that a cancellation was possible. 2 days later I get an e-mail that my order is on its way. Returned it (paid for the shipping myself!) but it still has not arrived (2 months later). Probably scam!

Bad quality, high prices. Ordered a set, zipper broke. Got another pair, also the same problem with the zipper.

Got the clothes, but when I wanted to return it, it wasn’t possible… the return policy said I could return within 30 days. The return portal however didn’t work. After a lot of trying it worked. I thaught I was scammed but it was okay…

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the item is very poor and nothing like what is shown on the website or in the photos. It feels cheap and poorly made, which is completely misleading compared to how it was presented online.

On top of that, their return portal does not work at all, even though I was well within the return period. I’ve tried multiple times without success. There is also no way to get in touch with an actual person. The only option is an AI chatbot, which unfortunately cannot help with anything meaningful.

Overall, this experience feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others not to order from here.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Meyme. I returned my order, and the package was delivered to their facilities on February 14, yet I have not received any refund to this day. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I never received a clear response or any real assistance from their customer service.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. For nearly two months, I have been left without updates, ignored, and made to feel as though my concerns simply do not matter. Not only have I wasted a significant amount of time, but I have also lost money, with no indication that the situation will be resolved.

Given this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. There are plenty of other Spanish labels out there just as beautiful, and with far more reliable and responsive customer service. After what I’ve been through, I cannot recommend Meyme at all.

Awful experience - don't use this company. They state a 2-4 day delivery but it took 19 days for my parcel to arrive and then when I wanted to return an item because it looked nothing like on the website, I learn that I have to cover the cost of this myself shipping from the UK to Spain which was extortionate. There was no guidance on this on the website so I had to get in touch to ask how to return the item. I organise the return and they do not accept it at their warehouse, or pick it up from the holding location it is sent, despite me giving them these details. All of my interactions with meyme have been so unhelpful - just repeating the address of their warehouse and that it is open all day. No apologies for a terrible customer experience all round and the fact that I have wasted my money on a lost item. I think they're a scammy company that says they have excellent Trustpilot reviews on their website to falsely lead people into trusting them but the reality is very different.

Meyme put a 2-4 day UPS delivery timeframe on their website when placing an order. I placed my order on 25th February and it has still yet to arrive (9th March). Every time I tried to contact them, I receive either no response, or an unhelpful one. I will be returning my order once it (eventually !!) arrives. I would not recommend anyone place an order through them.

The quality of the item I bought is really low- for the price tag I would expect better! I didn’t check the material composition before I purchased but I wish I had- a shame because the designs are nice.

I ordered with them, one top was missing. The rest of the clothes didn’t fit. Made a return, it has been 3 months and still no sight or ANY response at all
