Acquistato una eSim per un viaggio negli Emirati Arabi ho eseguito l'installazione come descritto perfettamente bene e chiaro dal tutorial e dalle informazioni d'acquisto, ma con il mio dispositivo ho avuto qualche problema di configurazione e il servizio di assistenza sono riuscito a risolvere perfettamente e molto velocemente i problemi di connessione
Servizio e assistenza veramente eccellente, in oltre sono stato rimborsato sulla seconda eSim acquistata ma non installata perciò non utilizzata
Corretti e Super efficiente

Esperienza complessivamente positiva con l'eSIM negli Stati Uniti
Abbiamo utilizzato l’eSIM durante il nostro viaggio negli Stati Uniti e l’esperienza è stata buona. Inizialmente abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema con l’attivazione, ma per fortuna il servizio clienti si è dimostrato davvero efficiente: hanno risposto molto rapidamente e ci hanno aiutato a risolvere tutto in poco tempo. Dopo l’attivazione, la connessione è stata stabile e veloce per tutta la durata del viaggio. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole evitare di acquistare una SIM fisica o di attivare costosi roaming.

La cosa più importante utilizzare intenet quando sei in giro in cerca di info,spiegazione monumenti,traduttore ecc...e non perdi tempo con WiFi degli alberghi che sono sempre lentissimi. Non sono riuscita ad aggiungere la eSIM. Dopo un’attesa di più di 5 minuti durante la quale la procedura ha tentato di aggiungerla mi ha dato un errore e riprovando nuovamente mi ha detto che non potevo più aggiungerla e di contattare il supporto e così ho fatto. Sto ancora aspettando…,
