Bocciati

Dear Daniele,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced.
Our laundry sheets should dissolve completely during the wash. For the best results, we recommend placing the sheet directly on top of the laundry in the drum.
When ordering, there is a choice between a one-time purchase and a subscription. We’re sorry if this was not clear enough during your ordering process. Our customer service team can always help you cancel your subscription and look into any unwanted order.
Please contact us at support@mothersearth.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you💚

Consegnati pochi giorni dopo l’ordine.

Update:

Dear infondo Nellanima,
Thank you for your review. I’d be happy to share a few additional tips with you:
Dishwasher Sheets
Here are some tips to get the best results with our dishwasher sheets:
Normal loads: Use half a sheet.
Heavily soiled dishes: Use a full sheet and increase the water temperature.
Smaller or older dishwashers: Use only half or even a quarter of a sheet.
Additional tips:
If you notice too much foam, reduce the amount of product.
Make sure the salt reservoir is filled and, if necessary, use rinse aid to help prevent spots on glasses.
Eco tips:
Vinegar as a rinse aid: A small splash of household vinegar can help reduce limescale and is an environmentally friendly option.
Pre-soak stubborn food residue: Use warm water with a little citric acid or vinegar for heavily soiled dishes.
Clean your dishwasher regularly: An empty cycle with baking soda and vinegar helps keep the machine clean and efficient.
Laundry Sheets
Recommended dosage based on the amount of laundry (this can also depend on several factors, including water hardness):
0–4 kg: 0.5 sheet
4–6 kg: 1 sheet
6–8 kg: 1.5 sheets
8–11 kg: 2 sheets
Place the sheet on top of the laundry in the drum, rather than between the clothes.
Do not overload the washing machine.
The side with the small holes/dots should face upwards, not the smooth side.
Eco tips:
Baking soda for odors: Adding one tablespoon to the drum can help with deeper cleaning, especially for sportswear or strongly smelling laundry.
Clean your washing machine regularly: Every few weeks, run an empty hot cycle (60°C) with baking soda and vinegar to help keep your machine fresh and efficient.
I hope these tips help. If you’re still experiencing issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Kind regards,
Brenda

Spero possiate aiutarmi
Buongiorno,
Grazie

Dear Giusy,
We're glad to hear that you'd like to continue using them and we'd be happy to help you get the best possible results. 💚
Our laundry sheets are designed to clean everyday laundry effectively, but very stubborn stains such as red wine, tomato sauce, or other deeply set stains often require a dedicated stain remover or immediate pre-treatment, regardless of the detergent being used.
For the best results, we recommend:
Treating the stain as soon as possible.
Dissolving a small piece of the laundry sheet in a little warm water and gently rubbing it into the stain before washing.
Choosing the appropriate wash temperature according to the garment's care label.
Avoiding overloading the washing machine so the sheets can dissolve and work effectively.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, please feel free to contact us at support@mothersearth.com. We'd be happy to look at your specific situation and help you find the best solution.
Kind regards,
Brenda

Dear Tonydal,
Thank you so much for your message.
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what we hoped it would be. That’s why we appreciate your honest feedback and openness even more.
We’ll of course be happy to process your complaint, but first I’d like to share a few tips and tricks that might help you get the best results:
Our dishwashing strips are intentionally designed to clean with as few ingredients as possible carefully selected for maximum effect.
They contain no harsh chemicals like conventional dishwasher detergents. While those may help reduce visible residue or boost shine, they are neither safe for your health nor for the environment.
That means the cleaning results may sometimes differ slightly from what you're used to – especially with heavy grease or hard water.
To achieve the best results, here are a few helpful application tips:
✅ Usage Tips:
Normal load: Use half a strip.
Heavily soiled dishes: Use a full strip and increase the wash temperature.
Small or older machines: Half or even a quarter of a strip can be enough.
Too much foam? Try using a smaller amount.
Salt & rinse aid: Make sure the salt compartment is filled and consider using an eco-friendly rinse aid to avoid lime and water spots.
Alternative placement: Try placing the strip directly in the cutlery basket instead of the detergent compartment. (Newer machines use very little water, and sometimes the strip doesn’t dissolve fully in the detergent tray.)
🌿 Extra eco-friendly dishwasher tips:
Vinegar as rinse aid: A small splash of household vinegar can fully replace conventional rinse aid – eco-friendly and effective against limescale.
Pre-soak tough dishes: For very dirty or crusted dishes, it helps to pre-soak in warm water with a little citric acid or vinegar.
Regular machine cleaning: Clean your dishwasher with baking soda and vinegar to keep it running efficiently.
We understand that switching to a more sustainable product can take a little getting used to.
That’s exactly why we’re here – with honest advice and practical support.
We truly believe that small everyday changes can lead to big impact – without having to compromise on performance.
If you have any other questions or something still isn’t working as expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 💚
Kind regards,
Brenda

Per me è un grosso no e mi dispiace.

Dear Elisa,
We're sorry to hear that this was your experience with our laundry sheets.
Regarding the dosage, we generally recommend:
• 0–4 kg: 0.5 wash strip
• 4–6 kg: 1 wash strip
• 6–8 kg: 1.5 wash strips
• 8–11 kg: 2 wash strips
Please note that the ideal amount can also depend on factors such as water hardness and how soiled the laundry is.
We're also sorry to hear that the wash strips did not dissolve completely. To help prevent this, we recommend:
Placing the wash strip on top of the laundry, rather than between the clothes.
Avoiding overloading the washing machine.
Placing the strip with the perforated side facing upwards, rather than the smooth side.
By following these steps, the wash strip should dissolve completely. It's important that the strip comes into contact with enough water to dissolve properly.
You can even test this yourself by holding a strip under running water while moving it slightly, you'll see that it dissolves within a few seconds 😊
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it and are always looking for ways to improve our products 💚
Kind regards,
Brenda
