I placed an order about 4 weeks ago and never received or heard anything from you

Cool fan was eventually delivered well wrapped on the outside but when unwrapped the box had been dented and on removing the fan found that the plastic grill was broken
Emailed the company with a photo of the damaged fan and box but they replied that this was outside the 30 day return period. They also stated that orders placed during summer period are not eligible for return. I mentioned consumer rights act 2015 but they are not interested.

I am going to add to the litany of complaints about this company. Like others featured in the reviews, I ordered a Coolnix Air Cooler but received a “Wall Mounted Desktop Fan”. When I complained that I had been sent the wrong item, the company said that the item was what I had ordered even though it wasn’t. When I pointed out that I had been mis-sold the product and requested a refund, I didn’t receive a reply. Having read other reviews on Trust Pilot, others have had the same issue. I would not advise buying anything from this company!

What rubbish they sent, can’t believe I ordered this without checking reviews! Must of been desperate at the time.
It’s a 1/4 of size it intimates, was all out of shape on arrival- a bit better after attempting to fix. Power from it is not worth having! What an expensive mistake.

I ordered a WEXTEND PRO DUAL-BAND WIFI EXTENDER and got my son to set it up for me, but it does not work. It will not connect to the internet no matter how much we try. I have emailed them several times a day over the last week asking for a full refund as advertised by them on their website, it states 30 day full refund guarantee, but to no avail, I also tried ringing the number on their website. Do not waste your time, money or energy.

SCAM ALERT! I ordered the Coolnix Air Cooler tower fan, believing it to be at least 1 metre tall (they use images that have been misrepresented). Instead I received a cheap desktop fan. They did not allow a return. So I raised a payment dispute with my bank - once I provided the details and copies of email correspondence between me and Lumenvira, my bank could see it was a scam site and reversed the payment. So thankfully I’m not out of pocket. I have learnt my lesson to only make purchases through reputable companies!

If I could give it negative stars I would. Do not order from this company. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Cannot get a refund for a product and now they are ignoring my emails. Had to pay £30 to return the product which it has been sent back to me so out of pocket completely

Very poor. I bought a fan which, when arrived, was a desk fan. No where on the site did it say that it was for table top. Lumen Vira refused to refund as it said it was bought in the sale. Items bought on sale or clearance from a retailer must still legally be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. This does not match the description on the site. DO NOT BUY FROM this site.

If I could give this crowd of gangsters less than 1 I would. I purchased a Dashcam from them and when delivered it could not be fitted do I asked for my money back to which they replied they wanted photographic evidence as to why it was unsuitable which I sent them. They said it was not sufficient evidence and that there would be no refund. A 100% cowboy outfit . Take my advice and stay well away, you have been warned.

I bought a dash cam ON THE 20/07 that was not delivered because i was not at home and they refuse to refund me because is my fault i was not at home, even considering they got the item back from Royal Mail, they only offer for me to pay another shipment fee to have the product sent back to me

I ordered a Lumenvira Coolnix Fan (£99)during the heatwave. The product that arrived was a wall mounted desk- top fan. It was not what I had ordered being significantly smaller ( 30 cm tall) than pictures on the website would lead me to expect ( around 1 m tall scaled next to a baby sitting on the floor touching the fan) . I immediately emailed the company to let them know I had received the incorrect product with the information they requested but received only a standard reply saying they had investigated my complaint and would not give a refund. They would not enter in to any further dialogue. Further emails received the same generic response, then nothing. The phone number supplied was never answered other than a brief message in Spanish saying they were busy. Looking online I can see similar products to that which I was sent from other suppliers priced at under £30
The Lumenvira website states
‘We understand that your satisfaction is important, and we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any issues or inquiries you may have.’
Clearly this is not the case. I can see from other reviews customers have received the same inferior product and the same customer treatment.
Do not buy this product or deal with this company

We ordered a tower fan at a cost of £99.99. We were sent a desktop fan instead. When we requested a refund we were told it had been bought on special offer so was not refundable. The fact that the wrong item was delivered appeared to be of no consequence and we have been ignored. Probably going to the small claims court
NEVER buy from them

I ordered the £99-99 LumenVira Coolnix Air Cooler and was expecting the tower fan portrayed in the photos which looked about a metre high when compared to the human beings alongside it. Instead, I received a tiny desktop fan that is absolutely unfit for purpose and certainly should not cost £99-99. I complained to the contact email and was asked to submit a photo of the product received. I then was told that I had received the product I had ordered, and I was refused a return authorisation. The product had come from China without a shipping form or printed invoice with a return address. I emailed three times and said they were using misrepresentative photos i.e, false advertising which is against the law. After I had read the terms and conditions, I saw several other return conditions that are also against the law. They make it impossible to return or obtain a reimbursement. After three emails, they stopped replying.

I then reported it to my credit card and they are conducting an investigation. After the fact, at the bottom of the many pages of Lumenvira's impossible return conditions, I found the company registered name. It is registered in Spain and has two registered names as company executives. Alongside these names, I saw the Spanish word that means ‘Unknown”. This company is definitely a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Now that I look back at the LumenVira website, I see Tech Specifications that show a product of the size I was sent. Converting millimetres to inches, it comes out as 13” x 6.65” x 6.75” which corresponds to the tiny fan I received and is nothing like the photos on the ad which grossly misrepresent the fan. I had not read the Tech Specs when I ordered it. By the way, Amazon is also selling this same fan for LumenVira with the same grossly misrepresentative photos.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company!
I ordered a Coolnix Tower Fan but received a desktop fan- not remotely like the item I ordered.
I have requested a refund but given the experience of others - I am not optimistic!

Do not buy from this company what I ordered and what I received were totally different
Tried to arrange a return/refund but got nowhere emails said it’s what I ordered
Paid by PayPal tried the resolution centre but they favoured the Chinese company because it took longer than 30days won’t be using PayPal either in the future

Unfortunately, my experience with Lumenvira has been very disappointing.
I placed an order for one product. Another product — the Coolnix Mini Air Cooler (£69.90) — was added to my order without my consent. Luminvera's website was misleading.I only noticed this when I checked my order confirmation. I contacted Lumenvira almost imediately, before the order was dispatched to ask them to cancel this item.
Despite my cancellation request, the item was still dispatched and delivered.
I contacted Lumenvira several times to explain the situation. I made it very clear that I was willing to return the unwanted item, but I asked them to provide a prepaid return label or cover the return postage because I had requested cancellation before dispatch.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing the fact that I had requested cancellation before dispatch, I received repeated responses referring to their standard return policy. They eventually told me that this would be their final response and that they would not respond to any further messages unless I returned the product according to their instructions.
I have kept all of our correspondence, including my original cancellation request, and I am now pursuing the matter through my credit card provider.
I am sharing my experience because I believe customers should be aware of what happened before deciding to purchase from this company. My experience has been frustrating, and I feel the issue could have been resolved very easily if my cancellation request had simply been acted upon before dispatch.

Do not buy from these people
I purchased a door bell camera back in June and returned it by Royal Mail track and trace within a week
We are in August now and I am still waiting for a refund
They even told PayPal that I had not supplied proof of return even though it was signed for on the Royal Mail tracking
It has cost me £49.90 plus the £13.50 post to get nothing

Ordered a wifi booster because of the 'moneyback guarantee'
It didn't work, so requested to return the item under the moneyback guarantee. I was asked to send footage of the item not working.
Refused and requested the return option as per their advert.
Reported them to PayPal and was offered a full refund, provided the item was returned ...... to Valencia.
The return address is quoted as London on the package.
Cost to return £13.10 - acceptable. However the tax chargeable to me was a further £15 making the return uneconomical to return.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Spend your money elsewhere or give it to charity before buying from this company.

Having ordered what looked like a cooling tower fan from LumenVira, which is how it’s shown on their website graphics, which are highly misleading, instead I received what can only be described as a very poor quality desktop fan, I gave it 1 star as this is the lowest possible, avoid this company altogether will be reporting them to trading standards
