Order placed 7 days ago and paid for. The status of the order shows no date of expected delivery. Emailed them and they responded with other customers more important will get back to you. I belive you get better customer service if you were to order on alibaba or. Temu or wayfair alit cheaper but better customer services. I guess if there is a problem with the chair then don't bother emailing them. This seems like a scam company. I'm seeking a refund don't buy from them.

At first, I have to admit I was a little worried after purchasing the chair. I came across several negative reviews mentioning very long shipping times, poor customer support, and some concerns about the overall performance of the chair. This honestly made me a bit nervous about my purchase.

However, my experience turned out to be completely different.

The LiberNovo team was very helpful and responsive. They answered all the questions I had and assisted me throughout the process. Most importantly, my chair was delivered in just 7 days, which was much faster than I expected.

As for the chair itself, the quality is truly excellent. I am using it every day and I find it extremely comfortable, especially for longer gaming and relaxing sessions. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the attention to detail is really noticeable.

I would also like to mention the seat size. I am 1.77 m tall, and for me the 48 cm seat width is more than sufficient, even when sitting with my legs crossed. I find it very comfortable and spacious enough for my height.

I was also very impressed with the packaging. Everything was extremely well protected and the whole unboxing experience felt very premium.

Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. My initial concerns disappeared completely after receiving and using the chair. Excellent product, fast shipping, and great support from the LiberNovo team.

I agonized over this purchase. It's a lot of money to spend on a chair you never actually get to test out. But a broken down old chair and a posture related medical condition forced my hand. Chair arrived quickly. Well packaged. After a little bit of assembly I took my first seat and got really worried. The chair was very uncomfortable but then I started making adjustments, of which there are many. After 5-10 minutes of fine tuning every adjustment it fit me like a glove. Love the ability to adjust every possible position of the armrests. The ability to lay almost completely flat helped my medical issue...though consider getting a footrest to make the best use of this feature. My only criticism is the back can sometimes feel a bit narrow but I see they have a new version thats a bit more robust. Overall great chair, wish I'd got it sooner.

Misleading advertising, poor customer service and poor lumbar support.

I've split this review into 3 sections

MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
When the pre-orders were being advertised, it was presented as a special price which will be hundreds of pounds cheaper exclusively for those who have paid the pre-order deposit.
In reality this was a lie, everyone was eligible for the discounted price.
The only benefit for the deposit was a £20 saving (pay £10 and get £30 off).
This was a very dishonest marketing tactic that should be warning about any future promotions they advertise.

THE CHAIR
Overall the chair is comfortable. The fan is effective at cooling.
The recline mode is great.
Where the chair falls short is the lumbar support, it is designed around the recline function, so for an upright position the lumbar support is aimed towards the middle of your back, instead of lower back.
Having come from another premium office chair, the Libernovo fails to provide support to the lower back properly.
I often have to use a cushion.
If I recline the chair, then the lumbar seems to be ok but if you are in productivity mode then you will be using the chair more upright. My height is 180cm, so this may not be an issue for someone who is a different height.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
My foot rest did not arrive until my returns period had finished, so I couldn't return the chair.
The foot rest arrived with missing screws so it can't be assembled.
I contacted customer support and to their credit, they did respond within 24 hours and advised the screws will be sent out.
Considering I order the chair with the foot rest on the 16th of June (20 mins after it launched) and now we are in September and I still don't have the screws to have a complete working set.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a poor customer experience.

Shipped and arrived exactly when estimated during pre-order period. Excellent product.

I think the chair is great and the support is amazing for someone who is tall like me and sits all day. It does feel cheap though in terms of all the plastic that is used. This is an expensive chair and as such warrants higher end materials. I took a chance and will see how it holds up over time but at first glance it doesn’t feel like an expensive chair to the touch. That is my only concern at this point. Great design though.

The only thing wrong with the LiberNovo Maxis AirFlow chair are the armrests. The entire chair is sturdy, but the armrests move like two wet noodles. The slightest touch and they swing left or right. When my order arrived it was missing the foot rest, so I called customer service. Terrible! Called four times, never got through. Sent an email, got a response in 48 hours that they were out of stock, and then the foot rest arrived two days later. That tells me the email may be an automated response. Stable armrests and solid customer service is critical. This will be the only LiberNovo chair I ever buy, but I hope future buyers will experience better armrests and great (human) customer service.

Scammed me out of products they stated would be shipped with my order, only to gaslight me and refuse to ship said items.

Ich hatte mir den Stuhl gekauft, weil ich nur gutes gelesen und gehört habe. Ich warte jetzt schon 1 Monate darauf, dass der Status meiner Bestellung sich in „geliefert“ ändert. Die Bestellung wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Auf der Webseite steht, dass die Lieferzeit 1 Woche ist, ist einfach falsch. Hab schon gefühlt 5 mal den Support angeschrieben und hier wird man auch nur vertröstet, dass es angeblich Anfang August geliefert wird. Die Frist ist mittlerweile auch gerissen. Viel Marketing und wenig Leistung, schade! Wenn man vom Support keinen genauen Liefertermin bekommt und es sich nichts passiert, dann wird die Bestellung zurückgezogen und ein Stuhl bei Herman Miller bestellt, weil die ihre Prozesse wenigstens im Griff haben. Und nach der neusten Preisgestaltung ist da auch kein großer Unterschied mehr. Also ich hoffe, dass meine Bestellung wirklich mal ankommt und nicht immer nur vertröstet wird und mir gesagt wird, dass man meinen Frust versteht, aber keine Erklärung bekommt warum es so ist. Immerhin sieht das Produkt auf dem Papier vielversprechend aus.

I ordered the Omni SE and had chair seat bottoming out issues. Contacted support, they offered some advice that didn't really work for me. The chair otherwise was great and I really wish the chair worked for me. Support was great and offered the return and refund. Sent the chair back, got my full refund.

Do not use, this company will take your money and give you are second hand chair. Tell you to clean dirty marks and have 15 USD for scrap marked.

Advertised €899 price disappeared on the advertised final day

I wanted to order the LiberMove Maxis Manual during their Early Bird promotion for €899.

The offer was advertised as ending on July 31. When I tried to purchase the chair on July 31, the price had already increased to €1,141. Google Shopping was still showing the chair for €899 at the time.

I contacted LiberNovo immediately on July 31 at 18:43 and asked them to honor the advertised price.

Their response was that the €899 Early Bird price “ended on July 31” and that they could not apply it anymore. I pointed out that I was trying to purchase on July 31, not after July 31, and asked them to honor the €899 price.

They refused and instead offered their regular 5% new-customer discount.

Very disappointing customer experience. If a promotion is advertised as ending on a particular date, the actual cutoff should be communicated clearly to customers.

I was ready to buy the chair for €899 and still am. I hope LiberNovo will reconsider and honor the price I tried to purchase it for on the advertised final day.

Ordered the new SE model pre-launch in early June, they had no concerns in taking the money straight away and only after a couple of weeks and not seeing any comms from them i reached out to be told it would be end of August. It would have been nice to be told when you order of long delays.

To add insult to injury they reached out to state as a gesture of goodwill they would send a complimentary pack........................

Which comprises of a magnet set, a baseball cap and some sticky notes...................

Clearly a company that does not give two figs about customer care

Ordered chair via kickstarter. Recieved chair in timely fashion. Recieved a bunch of "goodies" as time progressed (blanket, extra battery etc).

However my issue is mostly with the chair and replacement program. The seat bottoms out, the armrests are easily broken (they are support to have 3 adjust able settings, but apparently mine broke when adjust one of them). And the Cylinder slowly drops me to the bottom after a day of use.

The replacement program is a joke (Customer Service). They want videos of my ass bottoming out on a chair and everything else. So NO REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT FREE. They want YOUR TIME to do WORK so they can "get feedback". That isn't free that's MY TIME wasted on a broken product. I get they want feedback, they don't need a video of my ass on a seat to figure out how to fix a that problem.

J'ai acheté le fauteuil libernovo omni et je la déconseille très fortement, la finition est moyenne (beaucoup de jeu) mais en plus je me prend une châtaigne a chaque fois que je me lève et que je touche du métal (pas super lorsque l'on se lève et que l'on doit ouvrir la porte aux clients), le tissu employé provoque beaucoup d'électricité statique !

Their refund process is super forgiving. I made a mistake on my end and over two months and after solving it they issued my refund. I will be buying their more expensive money after saving up a little more. Fully recommend buying from them. I know other companies would drop you after the first month.

My experience with Liber Novo has overall been amazing. I got the Omni SE and I think the set up and build quality of it is great the cushions are amazingly plush and time will tell if they are durable. You can adjust the chair in so many different ways to get the exact position and comfort that you would like.

My only con that I see is that the headrest has a little bit of give to it where it can wiggle back-and-forth. I don’t know if this is a design feature, but I would prefer a much more solid feeling headrest!

Amazing back and neck support, but the seat is a dealbreaker. Too thin, too short, and absolutely not suitable for anyone over 180 cm. Since you can’t upgrade it to a Maxis seat, it feels like money wasted. I had no idea the seat size would make such a huge difference.

My only issue, I fall asleep every time I used the back massaging feature.
