At first, I have to admit I was a little worried after purchasing the chair. I came across several negative reviews mentioning very long shipping times, poor customer support, and some concerns about the overall performance of the chair. This honestly made me a bit nervous about my purchase.

However, my experience turned out to be completely different.

The LiberNovo team was very helpful and responsive. They answered all the questions I had and assisted me throughout the process. Most importantly, my chair was delivered in just 7 days, which was much faster than I expected.

As for the chair itself, the quality is truly excellent. I am using it every day and I find it extremely comfortable, especially for longer gaming and relaxing sessions. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the attention to detail is really noticeable.

I would also like to mention the seat size. I am 1.77 m tall, and for me the 48 cm seat width is more than sufficient, even when sitting with my legs crossed. I find it very comfortable and spacious enough for my height.

I was also very impressed with the packaging. Everything was extremely well protected and the whole unboxing experience felt very premium.

Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. My initial concerns disappeared completely after receiving and using the chair. Excellent product, fast shipping, and great support from the LiberNovo team.

all inizio quando le ho acquistate ovvero il 20 marzo non avevo visto le recensioni su questo sito. il giorno dopo per curiosita ho letto e ho visto una valanga di recensioni negative dove chi diceva che non gli erano arrivate dopo mesi e mesi e chi dove non andava bene. Oggi 8 Aprile mi sono arrivate dopo manco una 20ina di giorni e provandole non trovo nessuna latenza, la qualita e buona per quello che paghi infine il touch e buono. Non capisco come ad alcune persone non sia arrivate. ps ho comprato le urbanpods pro nere. Terrò aggiornati in tal caso non andasse bene qualcosa e penso che la maggior parte delle persone nkn gli sia ancora arrivato il pacco perche molte persone hanno ordinato le airpods basic cioe quella di 2 generazione. Di fatto molte persone che hanno ordinato o le pro o la 3 generazione non hanno trovato nessun problema
Ormai e passato piu di un mese e nonostante cadute e preso anche abbastanza acqua per via di una giostra acquatica al magicland funzionano ancora bene come la prima volta che le indossai… incredibile ma vero
