Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Due to stock availability of one item, my whole order was cancelled and I was advised I could re order the items that were still in stock. No option to substitute the out of stock item (therefore saving on waiting for a refund) or acknowledgment I had bought during a sale (20% off) and they were essentially suggesting I reorder at full price. I queried both these things by email with no response. Will not be repurchasing due to disappointing customer service.
Edited to add: I did receive further contact offering to resolve my situation once my trust pilot review had been published but I had already purchased via an alternate retailer, but I do appreciate the effort of onlycurls to try and resolve my problem.

I got the hydrating curl cream for my daughter. Who is struggling with knots she has very dry tight curls. Not impressed at all her hair is left so greasy that we are having to wash it again this morning. I will not be purchasing anything else from the range.

I followed the instructions to the letter, but I was left with crispy, dry hair. Not the silky moisturised waves i expected
Maybe it's just not meant for my hair
I only purchased the travel size kit so I've not wasted too much money

Not great for fine wavy hair
I bought the tester box for wavy hair.
I read very carefully as i have very fine hair with a very loose wave.
The products are attractive and smell good but they just don't work for my fine hair. It got greasy really quickly, even though I was careful to use the products sparingly.
The curl creme is thin but very rich and the hold gel dries crispy.
I tried using together or on their own and my hair still felt product heavy and needing washing sooner.
Finding products that work for fine loose waves is a nightmare.
I've found a moose and a tiny amount of gel works well, but I'd be wary trying any other only curls products but they do smell great and I'm sure they are better for more robust curls.

Awful product
Awful product. I've used the shampoo, conditioner, curl creme and mega hold gel. My hair is a frizzy dry mess. It's honestly never looked worse. To call the gel Mega Hold is an absolute joke. I really wished I hadn't bothered, £40 in the bin!

Terrible customer service
I love the product however the customer service is awful . After numerous attempts of writing emails to complain about money being taken from my account and sending me products I haven't ordered ( and returned . I still have not been reimbursed and money has gone out of my account again today . Really angry .

Had a few issues when placing my second…
Had a few issues when placing my second order (for a cap) but the customer service team did respond but due to the time it took I’d managed to sort the issue myself. Very happy with the quality of the cap I purchased.

Mixed experience with products!
I’ve had mixed experience with only curls products. I enjoyed using the curl crème, it gave me clear defined fizz free curls and it’s a product I would buy again. I was really disappointed with the curl refresh spray, the nozzle makes it impossible to distribute evenly and it left my hands feeling sticky and hair feeling greasy.

Best curl products in the game for me
Best curl products in the game for me! I follow the 7 step routine and get beautifully defined curls with no extra tools needed, just a microfibre towel which I got with my kit and a wide tooth comb! I noticed straight away when I stopped using only curls and went back to drugstore shampoo. This brand and advice for routine has helped my hair grow so thick and healthy after postpartum hair loss. Worth every penny, can't recommend enough! And I have long hair so find it hard to de-tangle and de-frizz but it's not challenge for this conditioner!

Starter kit …
I have recently purchased the starter kit and after the first wash i have noticed an incredible difference . No diffusing or hair drying and my hair looks completely different, curls look fabulous !!!. I will definitely be purchasing again

I am new to the curly hair world and so happy to now be a full only curls convert!
Right are you ready! So I have been looking for something for my semi curly hair. I did not realise my hair was as curly as it is after now using this product. I got the starter pack with a selection of different products and I also got the baby/kids product for my little boy who has curly hair. So I used the shampoo and the conditioner. Then I used the mousse and put it in my hair when it was soaking wet. Then I put the little towel thing on my hair and it's been amazing. I'm not just saying this but I genuinely love this brand. I was at the Barnes fair and met the owner and she swayed me because she's very inspiring having three children of her own and creating such a great product range. Thank you so much! So impressed!
I have struggled to deal with my wavy hair for years. In the hot weather I like to let it dry naturally, but always used straighteners to tame the frizz and define the waves once it was dry.
I purchased some air dry cream from another brand, but this still left me with frizz. I decided to give Only Curls and try and bought their Wavy Starter Bundle.
I followed the tutorial on Only Curls’ website and the results were amazing. I was so impressed! I have now purchased the refresh spray for day 2 (which I am yet to try).
Thank you Only Curls for making a wavy routine that’s so easy. I am now 100% confident to embrace my natural waves 💕

Give it a go - you won’t regret it
First used the hydrating curl cream at my hairdressers. Loved it - defined curls, soft hair and lovely smell. Since moved on to other products and it’s transformed my hair. I thought it was expensive to start with but I find it lasts for ages. Customer service is amazing too. Give it a try.

I’ve been using only curls styling…
I’ve been using only curls styling products for a couple of months now and I’m so pleased with them. The mega gel and curl cream are my favourites. I’m a hairdresser so I’m always worried to try products that I haven’t bought in a salon but I do love these. One happy customer thank you

What a brand! 10/10!
What a brand! Absolutely every aspect of this company really suits me and my daughter down to a T. The packaging, the ingredients, she products themselves and the customer service are all seriously second to none. I’ll never use another product! Forever customer here and will always recommend to others for so many reasons, most importantly the product itself works exactly how it says and is so easy to use and apply. The containers are all up to a fantastic standard and the packaging is just adorable and looks so lovely in our bathroom. Absolutely 100% recommend to any other curly haired girlies/guys and their little ones.
